Excellent location, very large room, excellent breakfast

I want to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my recent stay at the Hyatt Hotel. I arrived a day earlier than planned, and Paul went above and beyond to accommodate my situation with professionalism and care. The breakfast was outstanding, as always. I make it a point to stay at this hotel every year when visiting my family, and the consistent quality and hospitality keep me coming back. Thank you for another great experience!

Proximity to airport is great, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent. Desk staff were proficient, friendly and helpful. Bar and cantina are well done. Selection of food and beverages is good. Atmosphere is great for families. We will return!

The hotel, while advertised as smoke-free, it wreaked from the smell of marijuana on the 2d and 3rd floors on the weekend evenings.. While I cannot speak to whether the hotel management charged the occupants a penalty fee, when it was apparent on the first evening, no action was taken to stop it on the second evening.

The check in process was super easy with an exceptional desk clerk that was very friendly and eager to help! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and most important CLEAN! Had a delicious breakfast the next morning with plenty of choices to choose from and friendly staff! Location was spot on for flying out the next day and would highly recommend this location if you are looking to be near the airport, restaurants, and shopping! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Literally nothing comes to mind...all was great!

The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious.

I didn’t like having to walk through the parking garage to get to the facility. It was cold and raining. The facility never made me aware that there would be a shuttle. Should I need it. Additionally it was very difficult to get through to the property by phone.

The meal options for breakfast was refreshing. It was nice to have multiple areas for seating. I like using real plates, silverware and not all plastic/cardboard.

The garbage area was full each morning we went down. Additional areas to place trash would be helpful. It was off putting having to check in for breakfast. I have stayed at other Hyatt Place locations and this was the first time it happened.

It was a nice selection. Difficult to open kids on pans, too heavy. Food not hot, kinda warm. Had yo bern informed in advance that breakfast was not included with my room rate. When discussed with staff, they apologized and adjusted my bill. Third morning we went without breakfast.

Everything was very nice and clean, felt safe at all times. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, if I needed anything, the staff was able to help.

Not sure why I was charged an extra $50, have to look into that. The room was not damaged or a mess so I don't know what it could have been.

The location cannot be beat when flying out of PVD. The staff is always super friendly and the hotel is clean and well-maintained.

The hotel needs to increase its security. I had a very disconcerting encounter with someone who should not have been in the hotel outside of my room and again in the elevator. The hotel did take my concern seriously but, it spooked me and I don’t spook easily.

The room was spacious and as we requested quiet.

The cleaning schedule...no one mentioned that it was intermittent. We were of the impression that our room would be cleaned daily. No one could explain why, once we were told we had to request daily cleaning, including making up beds, that it still did NOT happen.We received clean towels every other day or so. Towards the 8th day of our 10 day stay our room did get more attention. Somewhere in writing , like on your website, we suggest you write down..cleaning of rooms is like a timeshare once a week with towel exchange upon need. Not to have been told ahead of time left us feeling frustrated. Nonetheless, we have since booked another 10 day stay in late September.
