Great location, friendly front desk staff, especially the overnight worker. Great food for breakfast in lobby and excellent dinner from Ironworks. Welcoming to our dogs, most important of all!

The bathroom could definitely use an update, and housekeeping is lacking a bit. The water pressure was horrible, like showering in a bubbler. The shower and toilet both weren't cleaned properly, housekeeping staff was not very friendly or helpful. Asking for towels and toilet paper seemed to trouble her. Another housekeeping staff was carrying clean linens on their bare head. Really gross. Pay to park at $12/day is excessive.

Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

I know there is a $75 pet fee but I was confused about the other $75 I was charged upon check in ($150 total). My check out receipt also listed the pet fee again, I hope I wasn't double charged? It wasn't clear whether it was a flat fee or per night.

Clean room. Quiet. Lobby is impressive and clean. Good selection of snacks. Spacious room. Huge tv. Bright and sunny. Comfortable. Felt like a cozy home away from home.

Shower needed a decent scrubbing and definitely could have been much cleaner. Staff was nice, but didn’t always follow through with requests for things being sent up to the room. Not a huge deal at all though. The room was a bit pricey as well, but worth the quality compared to hotels nearby with the same pricing and awful rooms.

I only had a problem with my dinner one night. the lady at the counter taking my order, I assumed was having a bad evening. she was very short with me and was acting as if she didn't want to be the chicken wings were not good. I needed up throwing them away. I didn't want to send them back, I just took the lost. But I will be back to the hotel.

My family and I have stayed here a few times when traveling. The connecting restraint is absolutely awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and eager to meet your needs. We will most definitely stay here again.

I understand with the demand of a business, However I do not agree with the NEW parking fee. As a traveler in town for one or two nights with a rental car you would think the cost of the parking would be excluded due to the rental of the room.

Location was great for returning rental car and getting to 6 a.m. flight

Airport shuttle didn’t start in time to get us to our flight, information that I didn’t see on the website. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle and was walking distance from rental car return. We discovered the airport interlink walkway and used that instead of a $42 Uber. Would have been nice if check-in person told us about that option when she said our only options to get to the airport at 4:30 a.m. were Uber or Lyft.

Paid a little extra to have breakfast included and it was totally worth it. Good location, comfortable bed.

Parking was an issue on the Friday night we were there. The restaurant that is attached was packed and there was a wedding party there too. Even the overflow parking was full.

I have stayed here several times and I’m always happy with the accommodations and staff. The rooms are always clean and I feel it’s a very nice hotel. The price could be a little cheaper but it’s still good compared to others in the area.

Really nothing comes to mind

I liked that the location wasn’t in the middle of the city. It was easy to find. We lived the pool and the restaurant. The room was very comfortable and the staff was SO nice and accommodating!

The room could have been a touch cleaner.
