We love this ESA because of the hard-working, accommodating, professionals whom work here. The GM Victoria, does an outstanding job steering the ship. Kaitlyn, Tina, Jaden, Max, Karen, Christina, Kat, I’m sorry if I left anyone out, ALL go above and beyond to make one’s stay comfortable. As well, a wonderful feature of this ESA is their 24 hour laundromat.

They are currently in-process of renovating. That said, I wish there was an ice machine available. It’s a crying shame that guests continue to litter garbage in the parking lot, and along perimeter of the grounds. There are two garbage cans placed outside, including one in the main lobby, and of course in the rooms.

All I can say is Val, Vicky, Tori, Tina,Kat, keep up the amazing work! I've been here for months already the whole time I've been here I have been treated with nothing but respect these staff members go above and beyond to meet your expectations and make sure you stay is 1000%comfortable I will be so sad when I have to leave they treat me like family so I would recommend this location specifically to anyone I can. Plus anyone that I know personally that's traveling to go to the extended stay West Warwick for a comfortable Quiet stay with staff that's amazing will help you with whatever you need.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Portland. The hotel is in a very well-connected area, with plenty of parking and very quiet. The room was good — certainly not 5-star, but in line with the price. Good value for money

The listing says breakfast is included, but this is definitely not a real breakfast. They just offer coffee or tea and packaged cookies or muffins on a cart. It’s fine for the price, but it’s not correct to mention breakfast included if this is what’s provided

My beloved dog Smokey was in ICU next door so I had to work from the hotel for 4 days to be bear him. Staff A+. Room cleanliness A+. Parking A+. Location 5 stars! Free Wifi A+ Felt safe. Welcome. Comfortable. Cost was reasonable and I loved the little kitchen & desk and recliner. Definitely will stay again.

Bring earplugs. The walls are made of paper. I could hear the next room over like they shared my room. Walking above me sounded like the show Stomp. This would be the BEST stay if I could've gotten sleep. No other complaints at all!

There isn't one thing I could say that I didn't like. I don't know how many times I can say it but I love this location. It's so convenient for me getting to and from work and I also love the staff here. The staff is what made me stay. I could have went to any location that was local but I rather had stayed here. I feel so much at home here and it's treated so well by the staff. Vicky Val Tina Kat Tori they will all make sure you are comfortable and exceed your expectations of how you should be treated at all times

I thought well of the breakfast even though I'm not really a breakfast eater. I still drink coffee in the morning and I was satisfied and grateful of how it was set up. It's always set up organized and it's always clean. My overall experience with this location has been amazing and again if it wasn't for the amazing staff going above and beyond, I probably wouldn't have stayed at this location for as long as I did. Val, Vicky,Tori ,Kat ,Tina ,keep up the excellent work!🙏👍😄

The room is very spacious, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook for yourself ( ask at the reception for the kitchenware).

Some of the rooms are occupied with long-term tenants, usually families with kids and / or people with a pet. These rooms tend to be noisy and the corridor next to them can smell heavily from cooking in the best case or garbage in the worst case. Go check your room for these issues before you accept it.

The staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable about the area, and let me know about events and restaurants I might be interested in. I traveled with my dog, and the hotel was accommodating. The dinner I ate at the hotel was excellent, and the location, right next to the falls and a trail along the river made walking and exploring the area easy.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I love this location. Everything about it. It's convenient. It's quiet. The staff here is very down to earth. Very understanding and most compassionate employees I ever seen when it comes to other people's needs. Vicky, Val, Tina, Tori ,Kat, please keep up the excellent work. If it wasn't for them I don't think a lot of people would stay at this location

I love everything about my stay here I feel comfortable it's convenient for my travel to and from work amazing staff Val,Tina, Kat,Vicky,Tori, will help you with anything you need to the best of there ability they go above and beyond to make sure you stay is as comfortable as possible I feel like the staff exceed my expectations of how you should be treated so I would give this location 👍
