The facility was very clean and modern. Inviting lobby but it was odd (to me) that elevator was at end of long hall. Daisy & Crissy were very helpful during check-in.

We don't frequent Holiday Inn so I'm not sure if the breakfast policy at this location was only due to them having an attached full-service restaurant. The fact that breakfast was *only* sold as an add-on without even having a continental option or grab & go left a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn't bring myself to pony up the $15.95 for the hot breakfast buffet to remove it. It was also more difficult to access the property from Google directions. If you miss the right to slip into the parking lot it can be fairly arduous to work your way back. Lack of vending machines on 2nd floor and no microwave in room were also slightly annoying.

Plenty of green space to walk my dog around the property. There was a lovely pool area, another patio section with tables and chairs and also tables and chairs set up in the yard which I thought was great.

The channel lineup for the tv didn’t match the scrolling guide on the tv so it was irritating. There also wasn’t a listing of what channel number belonged to what station which when you are traveling with children is very frustrating. I spent close to an hour trying to figure out what channel was which and to write a list down. Also you either had to keep the bathroom door open or close it before you sat down on the toilet as there was barely enough room for the door to close past the toilet.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and very clean, but the pool was way too chlorinated - too strong of smell and I wasn't comfortable going in. I also tried calling room service and the restaurant to order food a few times with no answer. Location is convenient with a few stores and restaurants close by and an average 10-20 minute drive to everything around town. It was also nice to have a coffee and tea station every day in the main lobby, and was able to restock coffee and bottled water every day for the room.

Pool had very harsh, strong chlorine. Never received answers using the room phone services. Very steep nightly rate of $350 US does not include breakfast which was surprising and disappointing. The vending machines for drinks and snacks was a weird credit system. I got 2 items for $10 then after that was more expensive. It shouldn't be that marked up for profit.

The location was nearby the event venue.

Breakfast is not included automatically with the purchase of the room. I had to purchase the breakfast package which only covered two out of the three adults who stayed in the same room. So, I purchased a third breakfast for $12.95+tax. Other hotels include free breakfast for all people who stayed in the room that was purchased. Next time I'll book a different hotel which includes breakfast with a purchase of a room. And, we couldn't adjust our room temperature. The heater/air conditioner was on but none of the buttons worked to change to temperature so it wasn't so warm.

Welcoming staff, clean room, plenty of towels in the room. The small fridge in the room was great. Onsite bar for an evening drink after a busy day. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere but I can not attest to the food as on this visit time did not permit for dining in. One night there was a snow storm and the parking areas were all cleared very quickly.

The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was very nicely decorated. Our waitress and the cook were friendly and they did a great job! The location of the hotel was very convenient to where we had to go. We're so glad that our dog could stay with us too!

Please fix the PVC piping under the sink. It was partially broken in room 105.

The staff was awesome at this hotel! They went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions.

I didn't like that there was no bar soap or hand soap in the bathroom, or that the door key didn't work the first two times. (Staff came right to the rescue and helped!)

Centrally located to the places I needed to go.

1. All rooms should have mini fridge and a microwave. My room did not have a microwave. No where to warm up my leftovers from the delicious restaurants I visited. 2. All rooms should have curtains. I could see the light by the pool at night and the sun coming up 1st thing in the morning. I'm on vacation. I wanted to sleep in. Couldn't do that with all the light in the room.

Lovely staff at a location close to where I needed to be.

The room had not been well vacuumed. There were pet treats on the floor. The cleaning team did not come by to clean my room. The breakfast offering was overpriced and underwhelming

Breakfast was very good, staff pleasant and attentive. Nice clean, bright restaurant. Also the American Skillet breakfast was very good and should be a permanent option. Our bed was heavenly, slept phenomenally. Great pool area. Room cleaned quickly both days. We thought the location was central to what we wanted to do. All hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

We arrived early at 2:00 and had to wait until 3:00 to check in. While 3:00 was the stated check in time, we’ve never had to wait if we were early in the past. The desk clerk indicated the rooms were clean but needed to be inspected. The women who needed to inspect them didn’t seem to be in a hurry.
