Beds are super comfortable, water temp and pressure is perfect, halls smell so welcoming, and room was very clean and spacious. This was the first place we’ve stayed at with comfortable pull out sofa bed.

No late evening movie start times offered. I didn’t like the twin beds, thought they should’ve been a full size .

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is quiet, and reasonably close walk to the Americas Cup main roadway on the waterfront. The two bedroom suite was very large and also had two bathrooms. Bed was a super king and super comfortable. The indoor pool and spa was a bonus. There’s so a small movie theyre the. The free tv stations were plentiful. There is no restaurant on its site but several close. They provide freshly brewed coffee in the lobby between 7-9 a.m and there was also a drip coffee machine with coffee provided in our room. Great value in Winter too when we stayed.

Nothing not to like here once you understand there are no dining facilities

Excellent location and what’s not to love about waking up to an ocean view! I loved that the pool was uncovered and looked so pretty at night, it gave a beautiful ambiance! Also, your hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only thing- and this being very minor- the hinge lock on my room door was broken. Since I was traveling alone, I had a moment of panic, but it was fine and I wouldn’t consider it a complaint at all!

We started in a ground floor room overlooking construction. Dark and not at all what I had requested. I called front desk and an associate moved us to the top floor. We didn't have a view of anything special but at least we had sun and fresh air with the windows open. I called and thanked the front desk after we settled in as I really appreciated being able to move.

Just the check out time. 10:00 Am is very early for checkout.

The room was large and comfortable. Fully supplied kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a pullout couch. We had a group of ladies enjoying a few days in beautiful Newport. We were all very happy with the resort.

The complex is under going renovations, which we were notified about well before. The pool and hot tub were closed and the building was being resided. The construction was not too disruptive as we were out most of the day when the work was going on.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location to downtown and activities was excellent. We enjoyed swimming in the pool outside while it was freezing outside. The water temperature was perfect. The pool could use some updating, and the jacuzzi was hot, but the jets didn't work. That was disappointing. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and I plan to return.

Check in was a breeze. We had two vehicles so one had to park in another lot which is right next to the resort. The room was big and gave us enough room to not be on top of each other. Couldn't find the switch for the inside Jacuzzi but enjoyed the one outside. We enjoyed the proximity to the downtown area to shop and drink.

The townhome was large enough and had a very comfortable bed with tvs in each room. The full size kitchen was also very convenient. The location was superb as we were attending an event on goat island which was right around the corner.

There seemed to be a leak of some kind in the hallway leading to our townhome which meant there were industrial fans blowing constantly. Inside the townhome the showers were a bit difficult to reach the correct temperature and water pressure. The upstairs bathroom especially since the water was coming out of the shower head and faucet simultaneously. There was no way to correct it.

Liked how it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds, 2 bedroom suite was ideal for our family trip

Bathroom’s could use an upgrade and corners of floor were dirty. Also not enough shampoo/ conditioner and soap were in dispensers. We ran out after a day.

The facility was very nice and the room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and the view of the harbor was great.

It seemed like the walls between the rooms were very thin. At times we could hear very clearly the people in rooms on either side of us talking and late at night we could hear them too.
