This was a very comfortable studio apartment. It had a full kitchen with many amenities. Our car could be parked under an overhang and all we had to do was walk out our door and across a small courtyard to get to it. There was always coffee/tea available in the hall of the suites. We could just go out the front door of the building and down 1/2 a block and we were right on the main street of shops and restaurants. We could also walk across the Main Street and were right on the wharf.

It would have been nice if there were any brochures of what to see and do in the area. Other than that, it was great!

Location, location! Perfectly walkable to pretty much everything (a little longer of a walk to the mansions/Cliff Walk, but a quick drive). Also the hotel management was super accommodating and helpful with everything from dog-related questions to where to find additional parking. The tea/coffee bar outside the suite was a lovely touch. We had a fabulous time staying here and enjoying Newport!

amazing personal service from the staff. being a small hotel, the staff called me in advance to see if we needed anything beforehand and kept up looking after us during. Staff always on hand to help out for any little favour or issue. Great coffee from the communal areas.

Wonderful apartment, had full kitchen, fireplace, just across the street from the wharf, walking distance to all the main restaurants, service would call to ask if we needed anything, parking right on the property was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. Clean beautiful bathroom, took a bath. Definitely will come back!

The room - a studio - was very large and pretty. Nicely decorated too.

A couple of hiccups with the reception: there was no cot for the baby when we arrived, although we had put in a request that had been approved. When asked, the made at the desk brought a pack and play for us and didn’t even bother setting it up or putting the sheets on. Also, the pack and play had no mattress. I also think they send too many texts and emails.

the hotel was in the perfect location. walking distance to everything. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had a kitchen so we made breakfast every morning. it was pet friendly! Also quiet. I didn’t hear the other guests. Staff is still following Covid protocol so they do not enter your room but the office is easy to contact and they keep up communication. I really enjoyed my time there. I will definitely stay again.

There is really nothing not to like. I did miss a pool but I knew they didn’t have one and quite honestly there is so much to do that a pool is not needed. I just missed it a bit because I needed a little rest from the night before but my room was perfect. And they have a cute court yard to enjoy a coffee or cocktail.

Our one bedroom apartment was huge! Our unit was so clean and welcoming. The full kitchen was a great money saver. We could save our leftovers from the restaurants and make a few meals there. We stayed for a week and it was so quiet and relaxing. The coffee machine was awesome. There was a main one in the lobby that used the nespresso pods. The one in the unit was great too. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed had us sleeping great. The staff was very attentive through texts, since covid protocols were in place. Awesome location! We stayed May 12-19, 2022. BIG plus for this place is free parking and no daily resort fee that most of the places tack on. Will come back someday! Nancy from Newark, Delaware

I really can’t think of anything. Our stay was perfect!

Amazing location walking distance to the Wharfs, restaurants, shops, cafes and sailing day trip excersions. One bedroom had either a balcony or fireplace and ample space to feel like home away from home. There is an easy parking lot to get in and out when you need to use your car. I love the coffee machines, hot water for tea and coffee pods in the room as well in the common area. Courtyard was cute and you did not hear cars and extra noise making the stay acoustically sound.

The mattress was very old and pillows need to be replaced. The blinds in room weren’t enough as to much light from the streetlights came through.
