Bathroom was large and shower was good and hot water good. The living room was spacious.

There was way too many many lights on one switch. Had to unscrew a light bulb in bedroom and move a floor lamp to a different plug in living room to avoid the overhead intense light.The bed was a bit soft and sheets quality could be improved. I had to put the ironing board up to use as a surface for our clothing in the bedroom. Very awkward to drive back to hotel each night due to one way roads and hotel location.

breakfast wasn't included but that wasn't anything we needed. cute retro turquoise refrigerator and microwave let us eat in when we wanted to. Loved the grounds with lots of flowers and trees and adirondacks around a fire pit and a picnic table in a shady spot. easy parking right outside each room. We had a bedroom with 2 double beds and a living room/kitchenette with a pullout couch and large TV. lots of windows and light but good blackout curtains for sleep. Very quiet for sleep. very friendly staff. nearby beach to walk with morning coffee and nearby great restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Newport or Horseneck Beach.

Rooms are well spaced apart to provide fairly good sound-proofing and come with very ample parking. Sizeable fridge, K-cup coffee maker and microwave are all a cute color-synched aqua. Comfortable bed and plenty of counter-space, bath quipped with above average amenities. Bottled water provided gratis at check-in was an added plus. Nicely manicured grounds reflect ownership's attention to detail.

We could have used more than the four hangers provided.

Rooms were very nice, coffee machine was great, love the retro/modern look.

bed was ok but a little too low,. AC was loud. Staff apologized, but they need to make sure the grounds crew doesn't hit the bushes and lawn with gas fired equipment at 8AM on a Saturday It was not just a rude wake up but the next hours of roaring equipment. The grounds are amazingly beautiful but time to find a landscaping company that understands this is a class hotel and has electric equipment.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room! It had a living room/kitchen area, a good sized bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed and closet. The layout of the entire motel made it feel like each unit was private. The unit was clean and had all the bathroom amenities. The kitchen also had a unique retro style refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I slept very well.

The AC was a bit loud, but I got used to it. Provided the white noise. I recommend keeping it at 68°.

The accommodations where just as described and a great value. The kitchen and living room area was just right with everything that was needed for a short stay. The bathroom stocked with a good amount of supplies, larger than most hotels. Short drive to many amenities with out the premium price.

The bedroom was a nice size, but limited for space to unpack - dressers and hangers.

The accommodation was clean and practically laid out and was suited for a short stay overnight. The property was located in a quiet area and was excellent value for money. I would recommended this location and I would stay here again.

While the property was very clean, on first entering the property there was a distinct smell, which smelled like damp but believe this was due to the air condition. The property just needed aired out with some windows open and fresh air to address the issue.

Suite was functional, clean great shower complementary travellers accessories eg toothbrush. Coffee pods and machine. Fridge and microwave available. Super clean. Lovely and clean. Super helpful guy on check in.

A water cooler on site would be helpful. Sink in room to fill water bottles and wash out mugs would also be nice as there was a cute fridge and microwave available.

Beautiful grounds, updated and clean rooms, friendly staff. Loved the attention to detail. Keurig in the room along with the office, Adirondack chairs with a fire pit, beautiful flowers and plants throughout the property. The bed was very comfortable. No disturbances during the night.

Just a little bit of a distance from where we were planning to spend the day (Bristol) but not a deal breaker. We took an Uber to avoid trying to find a place to park.

Recently renovated, clean, very close to family we were visiting. The grounds were beautiful.

You have to request household service, cleaning and fresh linens. Could use a dresser to store clothes, does have a good size closet, few hangers, and only 1 luggage rack.
