The eggs at breakfast were not good, but the yogurt was fresh and cold. Coffee was good, and always available, which is a plus.

I’m still wondering about the design of this place. Why did my room have two door openings into a closet with no door? What did this hotel used to be, a hospital or nursing home? It’s just odd in its layout. And I wish the carpet went all the way to the wall. A little 1/4 round molding would cover it up. Two more things - a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be nice, and more than 3 hangers would be great.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. We saw her every day and she was just the best!!

The room was nice. It was clean and seemed to be recently updated.

The room had wasted space where closet was. It could have used a chair or something for added storage. The outside of the building in the back was dirty and needed to be repainted. The outside doors and stairs were a bit of any eyesore. The entrance off the main road was a little obscure and we actually drove past it by accident a couple of time. Better signage would be nice. My son was disappointed that the pool closed early on weekend nights.

Location ,parking elevator clean bed and shower . All we need since we spend our days on the beach. We like that Quality Inn also has continental breakfast and inside pool .

I did not like that our room had a terrible smell that was a big turn off for me . The first morning we enjoyed breakfast ,but missed the second morning breakfast by half hour , we did not know it stops at 10 :00 Also our room could use a desk chair I had to move a big chair to sit at desk .

The Hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice. It rained the 2 of the 4 days while we were in Newport. They would knock and see if we needed anything, such as towels, etc. Thank you for being courteous.

The mattress was very, very firm. We had 4 rooms and at the first breakfast, this was the discussions. But I'm sure they have their reasons and from a business prospective our group understood.

Property was clean, it’s very conveniently located in a great area with easy access to Newport and the other tourist areas. It felt very safe on the property. Breakfast was great and free coffee all day and night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Parts of the hotel and rooms were very worn out; mostly small things like caulking around the hot tub, the lip of the pool, and a few other areas that drew my attention but weren’t a deal breaker.

Just outside of Newport. Easy access to everything. From hotel to Newport nightlife using Lyft was reasonable. Nice pool. Adequate breakfast.

Smallish bathroom. First floor with unattractive long building behind us. Found one slider window wasn’t locked! Kinda pricey for what you get! But Newport is popular so cash in!

I am homeless and love it it’s very clean and I am support my own way and to society because rents are too high and I live on once a month check and I also had frostbite in my feet so the doctor recommended me to go somewhere to be warm and safe and I’m warm and safe here at the Quality here in Middletown Rhode Island

All is clean

Room and bathroom very clean. We also had a whirlpool, which I did not ask for, and that was very clean also. We used it and enjoyed it. The toilet and shower area was very small. Separate sink/dressing area. Sleeping area good size with nice ammenities. Beds comfortable. I used the pool 3 times. Pool area clean, furniture clean, nicely arranged, clean towels. Pool water was sparkling, temp of water and room perfect. I suggest painting the white boarder around the top of the pool tile. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Again, very clean area. All staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt the rate was a good price for the area.

I have no complaints. The toilet and shower room was small but I liked the sink and dressing area being separate and a good size.

The staff was very friendly, and the parking was great. The room was a generous size with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa and still plenty of room to move around. They had a great hot breakfast and a pool for the kids.

The beds were not terribly comfortable; they were very firm.
