The eggs at breakfast were not good, but the yogurt was fresh and cold. Coffee was good, and always available, which is a plus.

I’m still wondering about the design of this place. Why did my room have two door openings into a closet with no door? What did this hotel used to be, a hospital or nursing home? It’s just odd in its layout. And I wish the carpet went all the way to the wall. A little 1/4 round molding would cover it up. Two more things - a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be nice, and more than 3 hangers would be great.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. We saw her every day and she was just the best!!

The room was nice. It was clean and seemed to be recently updated.

The room had wasted space where closet was. It could have used a chair or something for added storage. The outside of the building in the back was dirty and needed to be repainted. The outside doors and stairs were a bit of any eyesore. The entrance off the main road was a little obscure and we actually drove past it by accident a couple of time. Better signage would be nice. My son was disappointed that the pool closed early on weekend nights.

We went for our honeymoon to Newport (last minute elopement). The staff Debbie and Kacyann made our experience amazing. Our room was decorated with balloons candles (battery) confetti and cutely folded towels like a cake and swan. Debbie made sure to get our cake and champagne in our room and chilled It made it so special for us and we couldn’t have been happier.

Location ,parking elevator clean bed and shower . All we need since we spend our days on the beach. We like that Quality Inn also has continental breakfast and inside pool .

I did not like that our room had a terrible smell that was a big turn off for me . The first morning we enjoyed breakfast ,but missed the second morning breakfast by half hour , we did not know it stops at 10 :00 Also our room could use a desk chair I had to move a big chair to sit at desk .

The Hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice. It rained the 2 of the 4 days while we were in Newport. They would knock and see if we needed anything, such as towels, etc. Thank you for being courteous.

The mattress was very, very firm. We had 4 rooms and at the first breakfast, this was the discussions. But I'm sure they have their reasons and from a business prospective our group understood.

Property was clean, it’s very conveniently located in a great area with easy access to Newport and the other tourist areas. It felt very safe on the property. Breakfast was great and free coffee all day and night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Parts of the hotel and rooms were very worn out; mostly small things like caulking around the hot tub, the lip of the pool, and a few other areas that drew my attention but weren’t a deal breaker.

Clean, quiet location, pool area is outside but enclosed the water was heated so was pleasantly surprised, great breakfast with many choices. Nice fitness room

Layout of the hotel is odd and a bit confusing until you get the hang of it, pull out bed in the suite was sufficient but not great, could use updating.

Just outside of Newport. Easy access to everything. From hotel to Newport nightlife using Lyft was reasonable. Nice pool. Adequate breakfast.

Smallish bathroom. First floor with unattractive long building behind us. Found one slider window wasn’t locked! Kinda pricey for what you get! But Newport is popular so cash in!

Great breakfast assortment, pool

Room was a little shabby. Broken chain lock, poorly repaired ceiling leak, coffee maker wasnt great. Also no shelf in shower so you couldnt place your shampoo or soap anywhere except on the shower floor. 😒
