I booked a double queen and was given room #3. It was clean and comfortable. There is a small refrigerator/freezer in the room. The Thai restaurant on the first level has excellent food and a friendly staff.

I texted prior to my trip to find out if there was a refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer in the room and as told "yes to all three," but there was no microwave. The bathroom is tiny. There is no desk/work area in the room. You can hear people entering/exiting the other rooms, walking in the hall, talking through the walls. There is no staff on site; while I didn't need any kind of room service (e.g. more towels, trash emptied, etc.) I'm not sure how it would work if I did. There's a phone number to text...but I got no response when I texted about not having a microwave.

There was a restaurant on premises and the food was good.

We did not expect that there was no staff present for the hotel. We did not check messages sent to us before arriving to the hotel, and staff from the restaurant was not helpful explaining to us that there is no hotel office. Later another restaurant staff person was kind telling us to check our email and find information about checking in. I wish some note at the entrance to the hotel would point this to us so we would not waste our time looking around.

The room was very clean and pleasant.

There was another couple that came into our room that had the same room number booked. We called the hotel and they did have another room available, so the other couple went there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in this situation but it was a little unprofessional on the hotels part.

Exactly as advertised - no frills but a great, high value location to crash and explore Newport -which we did by bikes. Owner was nice enough to let us keep our truck in the driveway during the day. We will be back as my elderly parents are in elder care nearby and we can’t afford $$$$$ Newport hotels, so we are grateful. Thank you

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

No morning breakfast. Thai restaurant on site not open until 11:30 am. There was a coffee/donut shop not too far away so we made it work. This is not a real complaint. We know how to find our way in these situations.

Bed was clean, overall clean facilities. information was received prior to check-in with useful information for parking. overall very happy and I would stay here again!

Nothing to complain about… if I were looking for anything, it would be more outlets or plug-in areas. but I was able to do what I needed with what was available.

I prefer the check-in method. Convenience was a big plus. Parking in the back is also a nice option. Room was neat and clean. Each room has its own bathroom. The Bed was comfortable. Very nice view from our bedroom window!

We had a good stay. Self check in was nice. The only down fall was we didn’t not have access to any ice and we had to call someone to find out the machine wasn’t working. It’s on a busy road and about ten mins from downtown. I thought the room was a little pricey for where the room was. Overall was nice, comfy and clean

Maybe a microwave and a coffee pot. Only negative, called the number to make final payment by debit card, talked to Brianna, said her associate would get back to me within a couple hours, never did.

The size of both the bathroom and room were very good. Location was good for visiting Newport Thai restaurant was very good.

We would have liked a ethylene in the room. We have a couple of large luggage which we had to carry up to the second floor.
