Thank goodness for a parking lot bc I was so nervous about parking on the street. The staff was fantastic.they were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Adorable little eating area. I never stayed in an inn before and was nervous about quality and cleanliness - I felt so safe relaxed and comfortable here. Also it’s in the perfect location !! You can walk to most anything.

I can’t think of anything at all. It was charming, a bit rustic but the staff and everything else made up for whatever the Inn was lacking.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. It is a nice location where you can walk to the center of town and also walk to many restaurants and shops.

I wish the windows could stay open, or you could control the temperature a little more. I would also love it if they could have coffee or even a few snacks out for lunch. I liked the location, but in other Bed and Breakfast places I've stayed in Newport, it was a nice touch to have an afternoon coffee and a snack.

The property was very well kept and our room was fabulous! It was very clean, had a large bathroom and the bed was comfortable! The location was perfect, a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. The staff was so welcoming and very accommodating. My husband and I come to Newport every year for our anniversary, we will definitely stay at this location again!

Rick, the innkeeper, was above and beyond! Our room was full and he arranged for us to stay at another property, nearby, The Wynstone Inn bed and breakfast. One of the most beautiful historic homes in Newport. After greeting us and a visit, He had two very nice gentlemen that helped us with luggage and to our room. It was beautiful and a perfect location, just steps from historic downtown. Excellent communication and truly amazing and personal care for guests! Would highly recommend!

the locations was good and in great walking distance to the bay. Breakfast was also quite good it was hot and a good portion of the breakfast I would stay again everyone was helpful and knowledgeable...

I did have to drive around a few times trying to find it as I did not see any signs of the name. Also there was a refrigerator but a small one would have been nice for the room to have a cold drink at midnight

The owner has a few properties on the street and let us choose which room we wanted. We opted to stay across the street from the one pictured. It was built in 1706 🤯 You really can’t beat the location. It was an easy walk to Thames Street with all of the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood and checking out the other older homes.

Quaint. Loved that we stayed in historic area. The made to order breakfast was good! We are walking distance to downtown Newport, shops, the docks and so many restaurants!

Just wish they had coffee available for early risers. Though they did have tea.

It was a good location. We were given a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and our host was so friendly.

The Inn is dated and in need of renovations. Our bathroom definitely needed some repairs.

Historic building with its character and charm

Everything was very comfortable. Breakfast was professionally prepared with fresh clean ingredients. The dining room provided a chance to meet new people from all over who were traveling as well

Location was excellent. Easy to walk to many of the downtown businesses and easy to get around by car to those areas not walkable. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Off street parking was nice. Seemed to have room for all guest cars
