We chose this hotel because we had a great experience at another Holiday Inn Express in NYC just a couple of days prior. We weren't disappointed! The standard room was spacious - quite a bit larger than other hotels, with a large flat screen TV and sofa. The room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and located in a large area. The breakfast options were consistent with the other hotel we stayed in, ranging from scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes to pancakes, pastries, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, etc. Staff at reception were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very responsive, quick and friendly.

The breakfast was great and the whole place looked so clean. The pool area was warm, but the water itself was a little chilly. My room was nice and cleaned, and even when we got back for the day, the cleaning ladies made my daughters stuffed animals look wicked cute on the bed.

Hotel pillows are never good. The bed was too soft, but these are normal things in hotels. I do wish there was a dimmer light in the room or bathroom, so we didn't have a bright light as a nightlight for the middle of the night runs. The pool water was chilly, but other than that, there wasn't anything we could really complain about!

Bathroom smelled moldy but got better once the door was opened.

The continental breakfast has several options and fresh. Different options on different days. The size of the was comfortable for 4 people for a double queen bed. The pool was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly. Staff handled my concerns professionally and efficiently.

The housekeeping had to be reminded to clean our room. The van parks in front of the door blocking the access ramp for into the hotel. I had to roll my mother in the parking lot and pull her up the curve. Seems the hotel van just sat there blocking pull up entry at the door. The shower curtain rod was bent.

Worth of money. Good breakfast. Nice ambiance

We checked in after 9 at night. I believe the front desk person is the face of the hotel. The person there was not welcoming. As a guest I felt bad. We had to wait even after having our booking and long travel.

Beautiful room, the bed was comfy, WiFi worked beautifully and sign in was easy. Staff was very friendly and kind.

There was sticky splattered something on the wall near the coffee maker. The floors had dark stain spots in various areas. Also all bed skirts we not ironed or steamed. It brought the classy ambiance of the room down. ( water in the shower would not stay hot long) The coffee was a low quality and bitter at times. The hall noise was disturbing at times. The sound carry’s. I had stop what I was doing to make sure there wasn’t an emergency.

No instructions on how to use remote. And no guide book for finding which floor has ice/ vending.. this was common information back in the day. I understand I could have called the front desk to ask but didn’t want to bother them. Plus watching television wasn’t that important to me.

The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely clean and smells good ☺️. Also I love the breakfast buffet next time have grits lol!

I didn't like that the cable service wasn't working great at all!!! I couldn't watch no sports or any show because of the bad connection it was having. The young lady at the front desk said that is was temporary down because they are changing wifi service.

There were a few youth sporting events going on (we were not part of those groups) and the staff was very friendly and never seemed to be frustrated or flustered. Every time we came or went from the hotel, the front desk attendants always greeted us. The BREAKFAST was incredible. No Covid shortcuts to be seen. The catering team who tended the food were friendly and they kept that buffet well stocked with hot, fresh food. Bacon, sausage, omelets.....it was really surprising and very appreciated. We had another family from our travel group staying at a different hotel down the road and they had a bland, basic breakfast. The staff was really excellent.

The only down side was that we booked a room for 4 people. Due to the sporting events, we could only get a king room with a pull out sofa- fine. But, no pillows for the kids to sleep on the sofa with. When asked for pillows, they had run out of all the extras because the sporting families had claimed them all. So...if guests book for 4 people, the room should already be prepared with supplies for 4 people and not have to be required to ask for "extras" since those staples should be part of the room set up.
