The pool area, breakfast, night shift guy he was courteous and he took time to talk and answer ? When No other customers was around thank you for that

Room cleaner 1 I asked to change the conditioner body when I known it was empty she said there was enough 😔 I have long hair , and besides that I know there was not enough as I had to pump it over , over to get a drip... Trash bags are only one in the room,, bathroom, should have put one hanging in , on side of barrel for over fills trash but I asked front desk for 2 more thanks to lady on next shift

Loved the staff! They were wonderful! Tammi front desk, Esther Housekeeping manager, Tiequanna night shift, Cynthia Kitchen and the gentleman doing laundry and garbage. You have a great team there and I hope management gives them the support they need.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and it was not working and you can tell it had not been working in quite some time. We were staying for a whole week.This was a huge disappointment and really messed points of our vacation up. We should have been notified before we got there. Staff was wonderful trying to come up with solutions.

I believe the housekeeping staff was called away from our room while cleaning and forgot to return and finish. Our beds were made and the room was partially cleaned but bags of trash and dirty linens were left outside our door all night plus the bathroom was missed. Tub was filthy with a dirt ring halfway up around the entire tub. No toilet paper, no wash cloths, hand towels and only 2 bath towels supplied. Most of the normal amenities supplied by hotels were missing like the TV guide, trash cans and coffee items, nothing major but some people would have made it an issue. Thanks

Location was good and food was also good

The air conditioner was very very noisy kept us up. the pool was chilly and the hot tub had a film on it so we didn't use either

The staff were great very friendly , breakfast was super good . Poops do hot tub are amazing very nice size for each. The rooms are absolutely beautiful

The cafeteria was clean and the girl brought my plate to the table because I walk with a cane I really appreciate it thank

The toilet in the bathroom is too low

Remodeling, current colors were very dark, Lyft ride took long to pick me up and I had to arrange pickup (35 minutes in total) when I could have walked there if I knew in less time.

The location was perfect. That at far from either the Roger Williams Zoo or to Providence downtown. The staff was great and very helful. I was looking forward to using the pool, but I know that it was being fixed.

I wish my room 218 had a microwave just in case I wanted to bring bad leftovers from dinner. It would be nice to also have a do not disturb sign for the front of the door.

The management and staff go out of their way to help make your stay amazing. Since I started staying there for work they have gone out of their way to help accommodate my needs. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Also, Charlotte at the front desk and the housekeeper Maria on the 4th floor go above and beyond!

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Appreciated the 24h supply of coffee and hot water.

I tried to walk from the Airport and got lost. Maybe a sign by the exit or some stairs down from the walkway in the air?
