Room was large and comfortable. Staff was plesant and accommodating. Breakfast varied every day and it was very good.

The room could have used an armchair for reading and more towels. Also there was only a stationary shower head. A moveable handheld shower head would have been nice.

Lovely rooms, very clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly saying good morning and good evening. The scrambled eggs were very good and the breakfast had a great variety

The water for tea at breakfast was lukewarm and the bagels were not fresh, but eatable.

I thought we were getting 2 queen beds, but instead had 1 bed and pullout couch. was OK, but pull out couch reached all the way to the bed, which was challenging for 3 people, as we put on our registration. This was my only concern. Great complimentary breakfast, and staff was great.

The location of the tv in the room. Two major tv networks not part of the package so missed two great NFL games.

I am very sensitive to chemicals in cleaners and fragrances, so I always need to request special accommodations. This hotel wasn't able to clean with steam, but they did wipe down all surfaces with water after they were cleaned. My room did not smell like chemicals at all, and was very clean. I am beyond grateful that they were able to do this, as I would have gotten very sick staying overnight otherwise. Rooms are spacious, and have a great kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, right across from a grocery store and a Kohl's. They have grills outside and recipes and tools you can use if you'd like to bring your own stuff to grill. It's an excellent spot!

I do wish that they were able to clean with steam like other hotels I have stayed in so as not to use chemicals at all. My husband also said (he stayed the night before I did as well) the breakfast was a bit lacking, as it was just mostly sandwiches. But this could also be due to covid regulations still, so honestly no harm there.

Clean, air condition worked very well, we had the suite which has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and kitchen supplies.

I would request an upstairs room next time as you could here the people above walking around late at night.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not much to choose from . Two of the 3 days we were there the 2 breakfast items had cheese in it which I don’t eat.

The rug by the bathroom entrance was wet. The kitchen fleas sticky and there was only two mirrors in the bathroom but not in the living space. The kitchen was very nice.
