Great location - loved having Smugglers on the ground floor - just wish they would have done brunch or breakfast.

Before arriving I asked about some amenities because I recently had surgery that makes getting around a little difficult - I was told a non-slip mat for the shower (they have grab bars in lieu of a seat) and a toilet riser would be put in the bathroom for us but neither was there upon check-in.

The phone number and email address for booking.com is incorrect within booking.com. This led to several issues with booking.com trying to contact the facility. Please fix this for future people who stay here

It’s by far the most amazing location. It’s walkable to everything from the shops, to the wharfs, to the restaurants and cliffs and the tennis hall of fame. All within walking distance. Parking is free. On-site restaurant is also open 11 am -1 am. Also full kitchen in your room.

This may have been just our room but your AC/ heater kept the living room and kitchen temp appropriate but not the sleeping space.

The first night we were above the bar and it was very loud. The next day we talked with the front desk and they moved us to another room. The Wi-Fi is very weak and the tvs are not smart tvs!

Loved this unit. Great room layout. Very clean and well equipped. I’d say actually nicer in real life. Rooftop deck has been painted since. Beautiful views. Good building facilities. Would recommend

Perfect location and walkable to attractions and restaurants. The view was beautiful and the rooftop was great!

We stayed on the second floor right above the restaurant. The noise from the restaurant made it impossible so sleep.

Very convenient. Located right downtown and within walking distance to everything. Rooftop is nice & fun bar downstairs with ping pong, tvs and dart boards. Bartenders were awesome too! Hotel staff were very accomodating & rooms were comfortable too. They went out of their way to make our weekend celebration even better! Highly recommend!

Parking was a bit rough checking in. Lot is a bit small..

Where we are located and the fact I've been coming here since I was 10 yrs old with my family...I like a Waterview. Since the last remission, the beds are AMAZING!!

We were next to the elevator and every morning it was very loud, even by housekeeping staff. The bathroom vanity area was very small... impossible for two people to use the sink, lol. My kids were on the sofa bed and the bar downstairs was very loud!

Had issues with smoke detectors going off twice due to battery issues very inconvenient After two alarms they replaced smoke detector Need to be more diligent

Fantastic location,I was able to walk everywhere! Parking on site was a bit of tight squeeze but manageable. My room had gorgeous views of harbor.:)

Room decor & furnishings were dated and a bit tired. Needs a refresh!
