The resort included so many different activities and amenities that our children were entertained to the point that they did not want to leave and explore the area. Not only was there so much for the kids to do but also for adults! The movie theater was great and played family movies during the day and an adult movie in the evening. There is a game room with arcade games as well as a pool table and an activity room that hosts sip and paint nights as well as painting for children. The grounds were incredible with a nightly fire-pit, many grills, and a few swings to just sit back and relax on. I can’t speak for all of the rooms but the building we were staying in boated gorgeous ocean views.

There were some mechanical issues such as the vent in the bedroom, which would be the only source of heat or A/C, was not working and could not be fixed while we were staying in the room due to the access point for the issue. We had asked about switching rooms and were told it was not necessary. The bedroom was very warm and stuffy due to no air circulation or ventilation which made for a few rough nights of sleep. Maintenance did bring us a fan which only circulated the warm stuffy air but the gesture was appreciated since they were short staffed. I would have really appreciated the opportunity to switch rooms or even offered any sort of compensation but it did not seem to be a big deal to the other staff members.

Location was absolutely fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was accomodating.

My two main gripes were: 1. Half of the room felt a bit dark, as it was far from the window. There were lights available but they did not illuminate enough. 2. The wifi was pretty bad. When it connected it worked fine, but it would often disconnect without any reason.

We loved everything except walkability. I think it said it was 1000' from Bower's Wharf, but it was more like a half mile. It's walkable for younger people, but we are in our mid to upper 70's and could not walk. We drove and paid for parking almost everywhere. We did get lucky midweek at the right hand side of Bower's wharf where there was FREE parking through April 30.

Location is a little isolated. We walked to Belle's Restaurant (?) inside the wharf. One guard let us park inside midweek, but the male guard on the weekend made our driver walk. My sister is going through chemo and doesn't have a lot of stamina. He allowed us to be dropped off and then park outside. Restaurant was GREAT....good food, pricing and service....just too hard to get to. Our windows had CHAINS on them to keep them from opening more than 1". Really??? We missed the fresh air, especially since we were on the waterfront.

Loved the location and the view. We were only there for two nights so we didnt get to participate in the resort activities- maybe next time.

The only thing I would say is that the AC unit is in the kitchen/pull out bed area and not in the main bedroom. Thankfully, we came during a cooler time of year so that wasnt a huge deal.

Luxurious little suite with large bathroom and everything sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed and bedding and nice furniture in living. Tiny kitchenette well stocked with dishes, pots, coffee maker and microwave. Overall all a very comfortable stay

Musty smell when AC/heating unit running. Hard to figure out how to open the window and it opens just a couple of inches. Little challenging to locate checkin, across and down the street on Washington st along the water

The property was in a fantastic location, we were able to walk to all of the shopping and sights we wanted to see. The room had a beautiful view and was very nicely clean and maintained.

The pool was in a separate building and the floor was rubbing off in the pool area so it was a little painful and rocky without shoes on but overall not terrible.

The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The location couldn't be beat.

Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk took awhile. I tried to ask for a late checkout on Sunday and no one answered the phones when I called three times. I followed up with a text to the number provided for reception and it took almost an hour for a response.

Location was excellent The room view was spectacular We got the room neat and clean

We asked for room service and they told us 160$ for room service. This is not a hotel if you have to pay again for room service.

This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is always very helpful, kind and answer questions quickly. The property is clean and well organized and convenient to downtown.

The other guests were extremely noisy. Slamming doors, yelling in the hallways, running all over the place. The people above and next to us were obnoxious the entire weekend. I understand that this property has a lot of family amenities and people tend to be more relaxed with "rules" while on vacation but that shouldn't mean having complete disregard of others.

I location is super. It's just a walk away from the wonderful small shops and food areas. We been to this location esp during off season. For price (off season) you get a wonderful deal

The hotel itself is dated. The hallways rugs worn and they use a strong perfume that can be a bit overpowering. Once in room its fine. The bathtub/hot tub is very high so if elderly you may have difficulties getting in and out of. Kitchen sink is horrible. More like a bar sink and water splashes all over if u use faucet open more then slightly.
