Amazing. I am a 66 year old nurse who worked the frontline during C0vid. I used to stay at an Inn down the road and came across Aqua Blue several years back. I also stayed here once during the Covid pandemic. That was my last adventure since my (mandated for us nurses) C0vid vacc1ne injury as a nurse the end of 2021. This is my 1st adventure out since my jab injuries as well as my husband's death. Edward in maintenance was amazing. I didn't have a way to crack open my lobster and he went way out of his way to help me. I was struggling with my luggage and Manager Crystal was amazing and helped me with my luggage, my room and even ice! Ashley was as well. They went above and beyond to help me. This is a bigger hotel and you wouldn't expect personalized service, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I THANK THEM ALL! BTW the balcony and patio and watching the fireworks was amazing! I have been struggling since my C19 jab injuries. It all meant so much to me, you will never know... I have tears writing this...

Nothing!

We loved the location. We parked and could walk to the beach, dining and shops. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace and watching the ocean. Rooms were very clean and comfy. I had many questions for staff and they were always very helpful and kind.

It would have been really nice to have a small restaurant/bar on premise but there wasn't. We also didn't use the indoor pool as it was 200 degrees in there and had strong chemical smell.

Location! Loved the entry lobby ambiance-the candles, the lemon water, clean and friendly. Rooms were spacious! Furniture (beds and armchairs) and carpet upgrades are needed. Great eating available in walking distances.

Bed comfort was dated. Mattresses have come a long way in 15 years and it showed. Our shower/tub drain was clogged. Ultimately drained. Let staff know and they were apologetic and seemingly on top to fix.

The hotel was peaceful. The staff were exceptional. Ashley was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice.

I was disappointed the pool and hot tub were out of service. Also disappointed the jetted tub in the room was not working.

The location was amazing! Beach is across the street, there was a local artist show also across the street. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was nicely updated but there were boxes of flooring piled up in the lobby. I needed a microwave and one of the housekeepers, brought it to our room and set it up. She was so kind. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the large communal deck.

There was no breakfast, although the website said it was included. The pool was under repair, our TV wasn’t connected to the cable box correctly, and all the electrical outlets on the night stands was connected to the light switch as you come into the room, which meant if you wanted to charge your phone, you had to keep the light over by the door on. The ice machine was broken.

The location is fabulous and the staff was helpful. The room was clean. I would visit again.

There was a glich at check-in due to a difference between my prepaid booking.com charge and the hotel charge. Hotel staff were able to take care of it. There was a damp smell in the room, but the temperature--nicely cool--helped mitigate that. I would visit again, so both of these things were manageable.

Right next door to beach, amazing location! Highly recommend. Can't beat the location! Very clean hotel, as well. Very happy with the stay :)

The other rooms were very loud but that isn't so much an issue with the hotel (maybe thin walls?), just an issue with the other hotel guests. Was very hard to sleep, up a good portion of the night due to the next door noise.

I've been coming for quite a few years and I absolutely love the facility. It's across the street from Narragansett Beach. I park my car at the hotel . There are numerous restaurants in the area and I don't have to drive anywhere if I do not want to for the time that I stay here.

Getting a little pricey.

There was only coffee available. No Breakfast. Had the place to ourselves. Hot Tub didn't work. Staff was Ok. Could have been a little more friendly at the front desk. It wasn't like there was a bunch of people to check in.

The Aqua Blue is all about location! It is located directly across from the beach. The ocean view rooms are wonderful! I haven't stayed in any others. The staff is always accommodating, from the front desk to the people that do the cleaning. I have been coming yearly for quite a few years . I will be back next year!
