Complimentary breakfast was great, especially the hours from 6am - 10 am. The ice cold lemon water station 24/7 was a really nice touch and we used it constantly to fill our water bottles! The location of the hotel could not have been any better ... it was minutes away from every popular restaurant, beach, and landmark! As well as gas, convenient stores, etc. They also accommodated an early check in for us. The pool and gym areas were vey clean, the outdoor area with the firepit was fantastic to hang out in! Rooms were clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave. Ample parking as well. No complaints and will be staying again!

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was larger than usual hotel rooms.

Not enough plugs to plug in phone charger. No phone plugs between the queen beds and no plugs near full length mirror or no plug near a mirror above dresser. The AC did not quite take the humidity out of the room. The beach towels remained damp 2 days later, so too humid in the room even with AC on.

Pleasant place

Although they tried to accomodate people with Celiac and having to medically be Gluten Free there is some work that needs to be done. They had a muffin individually wrapped but then they had bagels that were GF not individually wrapped and right next to the other bagels in the middle. This is not GF because they are now cross contaminated. Either get bagels GF individually wrapped or else you need to put them somewhere away from other Gluten products. I know this can be hard but we really need some more education of workers on this cause this could send someone to the hospital and make them really sick.

It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. It was nice to wake up and be able to get a fresh cup of coffee. Overall, I would most definitely recommend the one thing I didn’t like was for this time of year. It was a little bit pricey.

For this time of year, I wouldn’t have stayed in the room that I stayed in if I didn’t have any rewards I think it was a little bit too pricey considering other hotels on the ocean. Just my opinion thank you

You have an amazing staff! They are wonderful

I did not like the back up in the shower, it was quite nasty to be totally honest. But your maintenance was great. I understand during your slow season your drains aren’t taken care of as much as they should be during your busy season, but I honestly did not like standing in a pile of hair, that was not mine. The photo I sent you is not the nastiest photo I sent you the one that was nasty, but not extremely disgusting.

Location was great to get to Newport, Providence, Warwick, Narragansett. Breakfast was always being changed up, but there was always eggs, scrambled or hard boiled, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and, of course, waffles not to mention the healthy stuff of yogurt and fresh fruit. My only negative about our entire stay was Newport having to pay to park in two days we paid 50 bucks to park $20 one day $30 the other it fluctuated

I think they had a wonderful front desk receptionist and the maintenance is great. I think they need to work on their housekeeping services.

Most definitely 100% work on their housekeeping whoever is cleaning the room rooms is not doing a good job

We stayed for one night with my two small children (age 2yr and 4yr) and it was great! The staff were very friendly, hotel was extremely clean and very close to beaches and Block Island Ferry. The breakfast offered a ton of options (my picky eaters found food they liked). We will definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff and breakfast was great with lots of options. Visiting Univ RI so close by for our visit.

Our room had a “smell” - musty - which improved with the air conditioner turn on to move the air. Tub was very slippery, my teen daughter fell while showering.

It was pretty and clean. The coffee was great and available 24/7

They only had 1 working elevator which caused you to wait often. They didn't have bottled water in the room. The pillows are terrible bring your own.
