Our room had 3 windows. 2 with old small plastic blinds both broken. One window had a new modern blind. We had booked the small room and it sat with 2 of the windows facing different directions so one had a street light in it all night and the other over looked another room(we could of had a conversation) and the house keeper keep that light on after cleaning it and blinds open. So that window had that rooms light shinning in in us all night. No curtains. So if you need a dark room ask for minimal windows. I loved we could sleep with the windows open, room was very clean, bathroom was updated, rooftop hot tub was nice and the breakfast included was simple but did the trick. I would stay again but would probably get the next room up and ask about blinds and windows, lol

The views were so nice from the room. The bed was comfortable. The walking distance to the beach and cliff walk was great. Getting to Newport was not too bad. The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and great temperatures.

The room cleanliness could be better, the bugs can get in easy with the sliding doors screen, because they don’t fit flush against the door= bugs splatters on the wall and ceiling were not cleaned when we checked in. The booking.com website pictures did not match the room I booked. I was wanting the separate soaking tub, but the room I booked did not have that. The hotel was wonderful in making that right, even though it was booking.com’s fault for misleading pictures. The hot tub on the top floor outside, was not the cleannest. The hotel restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good.

Customer Service from Carmen was unmatched! such a sweetheart. It was my girlfriends birthday weekend, so telling us about the island and places to eat , getting us robes for the hottub on the roof just A++ Carmen

Wish there was a better view but honestly we had such a great experience from start to finish from having to switch rooms due to us having to cancel last min cause my gf had kidney stones last min and was sent to the ER for a few nights but I called booking and then Newport hotel and everything was taken care of

Location was great. We also loved the warm cookies at check in and the complimentary drinks, especially the strawberry lemonade! The view from the room was great. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

The pool was small and the water was too warm. It also could use a cleaning. The continental breakfast ran out of food before 10am. The staff members seemed like they were trying to do a million things at once. They needed extra help!

The hotel room and view even though I paid 768 for 1 night it was worth it

When I got there I went to the front desk the lady there was amazing. I gave her my credit card she checked me in, my bank sent me a notification that 768 dollars was taking out of my account from newport Beach hotel. Then I checked out the next day and I didn't owe a balance so I went home. As am driving I get a call from the manager saying I didn't pay for my hotel room, so I called my bank with him on 3 way and my bank told him that they already charged me. He got so upset and started to yell and just hung up on me. I sent him my bank statement on his email and he still gave me an attitude and was very unprofessional

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful!! Brandon, Kristin, & Milton were wonderful!! I will definitely be booking through Brandon again!! My room had the best views!! Love walking across the street everyday to Easton Beach! I enjoyed the daily breakfast!!

We love how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms were. We also enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub!!! The location e perfect and staff excellent. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. Our children had the best time!! The colonial breakfast and the warm cookies upon arrival were a kind plus! We already booked our vacation there for next year!

The location is ok to walk around. You are a little ways from the action. If you prefer it to be a little quieter, this is a good place. The spa was wonderful.

There was a kid above our room that didn't stop running. I understand it happens, but it was too late or way too early. We did mention it when we checked out.

Spacious rooms great for families with children. Nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Accommodated early check in and late check out for our kids to enjoy more pool time!

Could hear barking dogs from room below. Pool never had towels available.

The suite was a great space for a family, I loved having two bathrooms. The pool and hot tubs were great as well, easy access to Easton beach. Just a great location!

They vacuum the pool during operating hours, instead of throwing it in when the pool is closed. Some of the appliances were showing some where
