Room was pretty clean. Location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Refreshing of towels and such was offered no matter the length of the stay. Microwave, fridge and TV all worked properly. Small room but for the price it made sense. Would stay again overall.

The floors were not carpeted so the floor was quite dirty unlike the rest of the room. Only one light for the whole room. Shower head was a bit aggressive, but it did the job. The air conditioner was somewhat broken. We couldnt adjust the temperature of the air so either it was hot and humid inside or ice cold. The AC was also quite filthy, possibly filled with mold. My partner got sick during our stay and while we can't prove anything, we believe the AC was to blame.

The location is great. It’s close to so much. It’s very quiet. The staff is very friendly. The price is very good. There is a mini fridge and microwave.

I had to ask for toilet paper. No toiletries but I’m sure that’s what keeps the price down.

This is a small old style motel that has been well renovated and offers a very pleasant environment. The furnishings are adequate and there is a refrigerator in each room. We could park at our doorstep and felt very save and comfortable here. The community is very nice and there are a number of places to eat and drink. We will stay here again if we visit the Boston area anytime in the future.

The location was great, Less than 15 minutes from Xfinity center. Good, no frills, you get a clean room, convienant location, and friendly owners.

Very good value for a short stay. Felt very safe at this location. Others staying here that I saw were older travelers(60s) and young travelers(20s). It was very clean and comfortable.The bathroom & sink area were great (nicely updated) Easy free parking, no problem getting your luggage to your room in a few steps.

The decor/bedspread was a little dated and worn out, which detracted from our first impression. The refrigerator in my room didn't work and I had to discard the food I was traveling with after it made me sick. It was a significant expense.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location. The bathroom had been updated and the staff was very friendly.
