The room was spacious and well appointed. I was staying for an online class that I needed to be able to focus on and having a fully functional kitchen was very helpful. I didn't have time to break away for meals so I brought a lot of food with me. I was able to focus and accomplish what I needed. We would get a 1-hr break late in the afternoon and I would head down to the pool to swim laps. The room was the perfect temperature as was the water. It really helped me to get some exercise and get my blood flowing for another 5 hours of class post swim.

The pillows looked fluffy... but they compressed down to bricks once you laid your head down on them. I woke up with headaches each day. I should have brought my own pillow.

We did have issues Friday night the tv which would not work...And also had a issue Saturday and Sunday when a someone tried and actually walked into my room...Spoke to the front desk on Saturday informing them and they claimed that we checked out already...Which was impossible if we were not scheduled to leave until that Sunday afternoon...Again informed them that someone actually walked into the room and for both days we had issues they gave a free night for the future visit and points.

Everything was clean in the room and lobby. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautiful with plenty of storage in the closet.

The pillows go flat (so you have to pile them up), but the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing room to stay in!

Location is very convenient. Next to Foxboro Stadium and Patriots Place & tons of any kind of shopping you want to do. The best thing about this hotel is that they have stove top burners in the rooms. So great to not have to eat out everyday when we stay here we eat home cooking at least a couple of times. There is also a small basketball court which we utilized and the pool is super clean.

The rooms are somewhat tight but if its for 1, 2 people its great. There is really no view because its near the highway and its a very industrial city but its quiet non the less.

The room was located in an area where there was a recreational area (fireplace outside) and it made for both nights difficult to sleep because there were people out there after midnight being pretty loud and was hard for us to sleep.

The staff, particularly Jefferey, Josh, and Youi (sp?) were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. I even had a great conversation with Jefferey before check out and will leave a public Google review to this affect.

Our only problem was that we had to check in about 20 minutes late but we were fairly compensated on the spot with an extended late check out. Absolutely will book again.

Loved everything about this Hotel. The food for breakfast was great for me. Loved the kitchenette and the room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall this Hotel was very clean and modern. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to travel to. Definitely will stay there again.

Nothing major. Shower curtain was too small, so floor would get wet. Muffins for breakfast would be a nice option

The beds for a newer hotel you would thought the mattress would have been better. Very soft.....almost as if it had seen better days.

did not have an ice bucket in the room and no stopper in the sink for garbage disposal in case something fell into sink. No closet in room and not enough spots in bathroom to hang clothes.
