I liked the accessibility of the highway. Being right off that highway made it really easy to explore many near by towns. I drove into Providence, Rhode Island several times during my visit. It never took over 30 minutes. I also appreciated the late check out option, 12 noon. It was only an extra hour, but I had a long drive back home and I hadn't slept well that night at all. The extra time was well needed, and they didn't hesitate to give it to me. I unfortunately never woke up early enough to get breakfast, so I can't rank that. I also never got a chance to use the pool, but it was heated so I know I would have enjoyed it.

The ONLY issue I had during the visit was a very strong chemical smell in the room. After sitting for a while I didn't realize it, but I assume it came from the chemicals used the clean the sheets, towels, rug, etc. I did not have any allergic reactions while interacting with these items, and like I said the scent was not a bother after a while. I may have been able to switch rooms if I made the staff aware, so definitely keep that in mind if you find something off with your room. Personally, I wasn't very bothered by it.

We did not have time to go to breakfast, but the lady was very gracious and let us get a to go box. That was great and very thoughtful She was very pleasant. I would consider staying at the Best Western if I had a need again. Staff was excellent. My only complaint. is that the wakeup call requested was not done. It was fortunate that we woke up because we had a 6:30 bus to catch,

Requested wakeup call was not made. We requested a 5.30 wake up call, but did not receive it. It was fortunate that we woke up. We would have missed our trip if we did not and this evaluation would have been very different.

Property was good and clean. Pool was fun. Friendly staff

The only issue I had was the beds. They felt like old spring beds and were not that comfortable. I had 222 and 219 for my kids, and room 219 had better memory foam beds compared to room 222. The room 222 was a bit musty and humid. Guess it was due to the crazy heat and no room ventilation. Overall, the room was nice and clean. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

I didn't know the breakfast bar was in a different room than the front lobby so when I got up in the morning I walked through the lobby didn't see anything and missed breakfast.I found out later that day that it was down the hall

I didn't like the heater was making a weird noise all night

good location amazing staff! especially Ruby! She remembered our names and welcomed us everytime we got in and out! Gsve dinner recommendations and just checked in on us!

The woman at the reception desk was very pleasant & helpful. We were tired from a long drive in heavy traffic, & she was a breath of fresh air! The room was clean, & the beds were comfortable. There was nothing fancy, just a good place to rest. Sometimes that's enough.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The Staff was excellent at check in. I have a disability and they went the extra mile to see that the luggage got into the room. They were friendly and interested.

The most important thing to me was that I got a good night rest and I definitely did get a good night rest I feel very safe and comfortable there and the staff was very nice and me and my boyfriend were very happy thank you

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. And the location was very convenient, especially for someone not familiar with the area!

Breakfast was ok....there was an assortment of things to choose from. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel seemed away from the busy city area which was nice and quiet.

More fresh fruit offered for breakfast.
