The bed was very very comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. The shower was great. Plenty of towels! The breakfast was delicious especially the cinnamon rolls & bacon and amazing coffee!!! We loved the breakfast! The young woman in charge of the breakfast was fantastic…very caring and considerate. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Not much at all but if I can recommend something ~ the parking lot should be cleaner…lots of empty liquor bottles and empty nip liquor bottles. It gave you the impression that people just sit in the parking lot and drink.

All the areas were clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The laundry area. I had to wait a very long time for other guests to get their laundry for me to be able to do mine. After 2 hours +/-, and after communicating with the concierge couple times, I had to remove the other guests clothing from the washer myself and put mine in. There has to be a better system in place where this isn’t such an inconvenience. No one wants to touch others property and other don’t want anyone touching theirs either.

The breakfast was very good, service very nice, and rest. very clean. The only problem we had was there was no extra cot for the room that you could PROVIDE for MY grandson, as he did not want to sleep with his mother nor his grandmother, as he is 15 and a hockey player, so we had to purchase a cot at Wal-Mart. YOU DID SUPPLY THE EXTRA BEDDING NEEDED THO, SO IT WAS FINE.

Friendly, very Helpful Staff, Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, nice toiletries, good shower temp/pressure, lots of parking, well lit lot, accessible to food /gas , free breakfast with healthy options like egg white veggie omelet, smart balance spread, turkey sausage, fruit, oatmeal. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, pork sausage

The breakfast choices were good but the quality of some items wasn’t up to other IHG hotels we have stayed at. All juices were watered down by 80%, the turkey sausage was thin and very dried out, the pancakes were extra small.

The Breakfast was phenomenal. I try not to eat pancakes, but these were exceptional! I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in! Not a bit of dust anywhere. it was a quick ride to restaurants and the Stadium Theater.

the shower was not working but Maintenance fixed it immediately. Clearly, not the hotels fault, but someone smoked marijuana and thats all you could smell in the hallway, along with the smell of whatever someone sprayed to try and cover it up. It would be great if the gym had a universal equipment.

Cleanliness, friendly staff (especially Desmond at the front desk and whoever the gentleman was who was cleaning rooms on the fourth floor), pool, good , hot water pressure, ease of check in,

Nothing - I was completely satisfied. This is the only hotel I ever stayed in where someone knocked on my door at the end of my first day stay to see if I needed anything for day two. I was impressed!

The staff when I checked in was really nice and helpful. The pool was a perfect size for the kids to have fun in. Everybody was really nice and the room we got was the best hotel room I've had so far this year.

There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude, never smiled, and always seemed annoyed when she had to help us or ring up things from the little store attached to the desk.

The room was nice and comfortable with a Keurig, fridge and microwave. Lots of choices for free breakfast with some yummy warm sweet rolls! Though we didn’t have time, the pool looked clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a nice little diner right in the parking lot, good food and service.

The beds were very comfortable. I particularly liked the choice between soft and firm pillows. Plus the fact that the pillow cases were clearly labeled.

I never noted that the building was labeled as a Holiday Inn on the outside of it anywhere. Behind the check-in desk was the first place that I noted the building was, in fact, the Holiday Inn that I was checking into.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredible especially the front desk lady who checked me in upon my arrival On Friday night. I forgot her name but she was super nice.. she was smiling the entire time I was talking to her and answered all my questions with enthusiast gesture. I honestly loved the experience that I had there and I enjoyed it with my two little girls . The kitchen staff was unbelievably incredible. They made sure the hot trays never went empty. Overall, everything was very good,
