The room was very good. It was convenient off the interstate. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were all friendly. We did not get cleaned when we were supposed to so we were given 1000 points of Hilton rewards. The receptionist really wanted to compensate for the inconvenience

I paid full price and the pool was very cold (unusable). We were supposed to have our room cleaned the second day, and it was not. We were gone all day and came back to a dirty room and no fresh towels. I asked the front desk , they proceeded to tell me that someone called out and having problems with housekeeping etc. I said, "Never mind we are leaving in AM, I just want some towels at this point

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean clean clean. Everywhere you went everything was so clean and fresh. The bedroom was so big (I had a King suite) it had everything you could possibly want. The continental breakfast had so many options not just cereal bagels and bananas. The outdoor seating area with the firepit was relaxing and beautiful. It’s close to everything. Whenever I visit my son at college I will be staying there!

I requested a clean set of sheets and pillow cases because I don’t believe the person responsible four cleaning our room had time to change our bed. Perhaps I was wrong; all I knew was I wasn’t going to sleep in the sheets on the bed. No problem; I changed the sheets. This is the second time in two years that this has happened (at different hotels).

We really enjoyed the breakfast! There were so many options for everyone. I have a 3year old picky eater and he loved the options. They even provided his favorite cereal and favorite fruit :)

Nothing, everything was nice and fine :). I honestly don't have any complaints.

It was clean. Staff was very friendly.

My only complaints was with the other patrons at the hotel. I was woken up several times throughout the night with people screaming through the hallways.

The staff was friendly, room was clean. The gentlemen at the front desk even made fresh coffee when I asked.

The pool was in bad shape. The surrounding g walls were peeling, and chunks were missing from bottom of the pool

Breakfast was not amazing but got the job done and left me satisfied, was located close to Bryant University where I had to attend an event.

Honestly, everything about the room and hotel was perfect. Only thing was maybe an upgrade on the breakfast but that is really reaching for something.

Room size & layout was nice

The rooms walls are too thin & need better sound proofing, the room next door waited until midnight to start playing TV at high volume & I had to call the front desk to complain multiple times which made no sense.

Facility was very clean, rooms spacious and location was great for Bryant and close to highways. Front desk staff were not helpful and completely disinterested in answering questions.

Staff is amazing . Nice location !

The pool area coul use a makeover . Also the bottom of pool needs repair . More lighting outside would brighten up the area.
