The location was good. Breakfast was included and was a nice selection. Front desk staff were wonderful. We needed to get more towels, sheets for the sofa bed and toilet paper. They immediately responded to our request and asked if they could do anything else for us. I highly recommend the Residence Inn in Franklin/Boston area.

We left the tag off of our room one day during our visit so house keeping could come in and replace towels and bed sheets. When we returned to the room in the late afternoon it was as we left it - no housekeeping. We just went to the front desk and got what we needed but we were expecting house keeping that day and they didn't show up:(

The privacy and the tranquility of our room and the hotels location. No street noise alone would make me happy but it was that and the hole experience that made me very relaxed and comfortable.

There was this disgusting smell in the lobby that made me ill. Nothing the hotel did but I think it was someone’s bad body order mixed with cheap perfume. It smelled so horrible I couldn’t even go to the dining area because it was everywhere. I even smelled it the next morning during breakfast. I had to bring my food back to the room to eat because it was just making me nauseous by that point.

Good price/value option with a nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. Most of the rooms and amenities are at ground level so very accessible. It´s a great option to stay if visiting the northeast coast as you're 1h30 of Boston, Cape Cod, South of Maine, RI coastline, etc.

It's a pet friendly hotel, so plenty of dogs moving around. That forces the hotel to use strong cleaning products to make dure the hotel keeps clean and safe, but it also brings strong smells as you move around the hotel. IT might annoy the most sensitive people.

We spent one night at the property in a king room with sofa bed and the property was just amazing. The room was very large with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove top! We did not use those but I can see where a longer visit would make that aspect very useful. The location is really good with shopping close by. The front desk staff is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to make sure the property meets your expectations. The breakfast is a REAL breakfast with cheese omlettes, bagels, coffee, quiche, muffins, hot drinks and make your own bagels. There were plenty of healthy toppings for cereal or oatmeal and the entire place was spotless. We were in the are for a college orientation and will definitely be back for future visits to our child's campus.

We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed since there were none in the room.

The Free Breakfast, location, and staff was great. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The room that I initially got was dirty and there was no shower on the first floor. It was like stepping on to concrete in the bathroom. I requested a 2nd floor room with a tub in the bathroom and it must be cleaned. They gave me 229 from 118. I do wish the price was better per night too. First time I visited I paid $135 per night. However, during this visit I paid $179 per night. That’s a big price difference for the same hotel and room stay.

I was super happy with customer service and when I went to the room it was spotless and updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't use the pool or gym or have breakfast but grabbed a cup of fresh hot coffee and looked over a great variety of breakfast items. I can't rave enough about the employees.

Wish my stay had been longer!

Mostly excellent breakfast buffet. On the weekend however the buffet was oversubscribed. Several items were not refilled in a timely fashion and they ran out of plates.

It was very easy to get to, close to all events I needed to attend and was so clean. I loved the fragrance when you walk into the building. It has a clean fresh smell! Also the breakfast was very good. A good variety of food which included hot items such as bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs or cheese omelette and home fries!

Breakfast biscuits and sausage fell short of my expectations, The channels on the bottom of the closest door was very dirty as well as the bathroom tub overflow drain it looked looked like it was throwing up with rust. Our room number was 101 Although the hotel had nothing to do with the problem we had with other guess staying in the room above us stomping on his or her heels to 11:30. People just have no consideration anymore for others, it’s a shame

The property was perfect clean and well kept .

Your own staff cannot help you when your lost . 30 minutes lost and our gps kept sending us in circles . Called front desk and she could not help us or find a staff member that could and we were on west central outside of the property which was on the hill that we finally seen . It was stupid to be so close and no one could help . Perhaps a map at desk
