The location was very good. and I am planning on visiting there once again when time permits.

The only problem that I encountered was that most folks smoke right at the entrance of the hotel, and you could smell it as you enter.

Didn't eat breakfast so I can't really rate it. All the staff was friendly and for the most part very helpful and very informative. The size of the room was phenomenal I like the fact that he has a full kitchen and it's actually sit down on the couch and watch TV instead of having to sit on my bed. If I had a guest over and they can watch TV and I would still be able to work at my desk without me being in the way so the spacing and the layout was great!

Didn't really like the location, also didn't like how the Wi-Fi was lagging even though I paid for faster speeds. Also I guess it's just because I'm so used to having easy access to the guide when I'm searching for a program, can set up was just a little outdated that's all

The location was great. Close enough to downtown to walk from Mall or Amtrak station but far enough that your off the beaten path.

Great hotel but no frills whatsoever. There is no Continental breakfast just a "grab and go" consisting of coffee and granola bars. We had no comforter and we were missing pillows. You have to pay for Wi-Fi I'd you want anytime of connection that is consistent.

Nice place, friendly staff. Be happy to return.

Dirt underneath bed and other spaces from not a thorough cleaning. Don't like dirty feet in bed. Children play under and in these spaces. Housekeeping works hard to do their job. They shouldn't be pressured to handle all OPERATIONS when trying to get their job done first.

The rooms had a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, fridge l Nice little next spots, extra lounge chair, and bathroom was spotless with a nice large mirror

We didn't end up staying the night but the bed was a little uncomfortable /springy with light thin pillows

It was nice to be able to get some coffee and a little bit of food.

The coffee could have been hotter. The selection of food items was very limited and could have included fresh fruit.

The clean room and kitchen. The comfortable bed. The free coffee and friendly staff.

Early check out. Was not expecting to check out until 12:30PM.

The preparation time. The check in time was 3pm you get there at 5pm and the room is still not ready. Yet and still you are required to check out at 11am..if you booked only for one night.

Heater worked and was not too noisy. Room was quite large. Armchair and Ottoman were comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable
