I was greeted by EVERY staff member I encountered with a "have a great day" or "Hello"! In addition, after checking in I received a text message asking if everything met my expectations and letting me know that I should reach out if I needed anything. The room had been updated since my last stay and was very comfortable. The breakfast options were wonderful and I appreciated having coffee available 24/7!! The Hampton Inn is -and always will be -my first choice hotel!

Nothing could have improved this stay!

Everything was amazing! Super clean! Very well-maintained Hotel! Super staff! They all went above and beyond to welcome us. So many nice touches and beautiful decor. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable! Bathroom was super clean and walk in shower was a plus. The buffet breakfast was excellent, many choices! I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect! Nothing negative!

The convenience of being close to the highway and Gillette Stadium. The selection of breakfast items and that breakfast went until 10 instead of 9. The beds were extremely comfortable. Noon checkout was so helpful

The only issue we had was that the shower could have used more pressure. It was a little hard to rinse long hair. Certainly not a deal breaker

Breakfast is better than at most hotels. Fresh oranges, bananas and apples were appreciated. Coffee is excellent. McKenzie was very friendly and helpful. I liked the exercise treadmill and weights. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a bathtub in the room but it was a snug fit.

I like to put skim milk in my coffee and tea and didn't find any at this hotel. A salt water indoor pool like the one at Hampton Inn in Natick would be a nice addition to the property. I bigger bathtub in the room would be a plus.

Staff was so friendly!!!

People next door were very loud. Doors slamming, could hear their alarm every morning, extremely loud in the hallway and it happened every day/night. Not the hotels fault at all, just wish people were aware of how incredibly loud they are.

No water obviously available in lobby. I was told that the urn/carafe was broken and the fountain was out of order. So I bought a cold bottle of water from cooler in lobby on arrival night. Subsequently I discovered one could ask at desk & was given 2 bottles water each time. Why wasn’t this made known at check in? Annoyed by this lapse at our frequently-used chain!!!

The room was exceptional clean, loved the high ceiling. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. There were many options, two kinds of waffle mixture. The scrambled eggs were cooked well, not runny. The woman in charge was very attentive to the guests and checked in with people. Again, very clean and lots of choices! Also, the front desk personnel were very helpful!

Central location close to Outlets and 495. Hot breakfast had many options and was well maintained. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, mini- fridge, and microwave. There was a nice variety of reasonably priced food items for purchase. Fitness center had late hours.

Interactions with staff could have been improved. Hours for breakfast were not communicated upon check in and I never saw any tables wiped down between guest use during breakfast. The housekeeping staff ignored my do not disturb sign on my door. I had intentionally selected a hotel with a late check out (noon) due to a late night work meeting, but they knocked and woke me up. I would have shared this at check out but no one came to the desk while I waited there before leaving.

Everything was wonderful. The staff really put a lot of effort in their customer service, I was texted twice during my stay, if there was anything that I needed. The room was spacious, clean and the breakfast was good.

There was nothing that I didn't like

Breakfast was great, real eggs. Good variety of choices. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped with plugin jacks, refrigerator and comfortable beds.

The renovation closed main hallway to the elevator, we had to walk outside to a side entrance to gain access to the elevator.
