Location for the Performing Arts Center was perfect. Nice room. Nice breakfast.

Shade in bathroom was in poor shape. Our room view was of alleyway, that was quite littered. When we left next morning there were a good amount of people milling around what appeared to be a mission(?) spilling out into street. Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk. Valet attendants, while pleasant did not know where the performing arts center was....its a block way. Difficult to find a vending machine that worked properly. We like the proximity to the PPAC and would stay again. The hotel is very nice, but could be tweaked to be great. The morning scene was unexpected.

The only negative was that breakfast starts at 8:00am. My meetings at the Convention Center started at 8:00 where they also had no food or coffee. There were free juices and water at any time. The valet parking allowed me to leave my car at no cost even after I checked out. Superb! Very helpful staff even printing documents I sent to front desk.

Earlier breakfast or at least coffee and some fruit and croissants would be a nice addition.

Continental breakfast buffet was offered in their lovely restaurant , and was a surprise as we thought it was only available on weekends. But apparently now it is offered every day. Front desk, valet and restaurant staff were all quite accommodating. Loved the double shower head in the bathroom. The room was spacious and we liked the traditional, homey decor rather than the cold, cookie cutter modern decor of many other hotels. And we much appreciated that it was quiet at night so we could get a good night’s sleep. Central location near PPAC.

A nice stay. Very central, easy walk to everything. Generally the room met what is expect for the price. It was clean, good service, nice shower (large bathroom!)

The hotel's gym could need a little more updating, and the restaurant's menu was dated (however there are many good places to eat nearby). One note: when I was waiting for my room to be ready, after already asking the desk twice, they just let me sit in the lobby for over 1.5 hours, finally I got a bit frustrated, asked again and they said it had been ready. Not great since I was sitting in front of you for that long. It's not a big point, but something to be mindful of. Overall a good stay!

The lobby is furnished well. The furniture upholstery could use updating. The front staff was courteous and helpful but appearance could be improved with uniformity in their attire especially in the off hours staff. The bathroom is well decorated with high end fixtures.

The location though walking distance to shops and restaurants is next door to a homeless shelter. Though they do not bother the guests, it might take some people aback considering the hotel is rated above range. The room carpet can be updated, maybe remove it entirely and reveal the hardwood floors possibly underneath it and just use area rugs. The lamp between the 2 beds do not work because there is no electric plug. A plug in table would be great between the beds to charge the cell phone.

I have stayed here previously and knew that both the accommodations and staff were top notch. Very comfortable beds and everything in the room was spotlessly clean. The location is also an easy walk to the riverfront with plenty of nice shops and good restaurants nearby.

There is nothing about the hotel we didn’t like but you need to be aware that there are several support organizations for homeless folks nearby. As two senior ladies we felt comfortable walking in the area but remained vigilant to the fact that homelessness and poor mental health go hand in hand.

The location was very convenient and we were able to walk just about everywhere very easily. The staff was very accommodating and it was easy to get in and out of.

The restaurant was only open a small Portion of the time so we couldn’t get an after dinner drink (at 8PM) which was weird but it was a Sunday and there were bars within walking distance. Also, I had read the reviews about the mission across the street so I was expecting to encounter unhoused people. It’s not the hotels fault and I felt safe to walk at all times of the day.

The location was superb, right in the center of town. The hallways seemed to have been redone recently, that was nice to see. The room was spacious, and we liked that we had a mini fridge in the room, even if we didn't use it. The continental breakfast was concise and with enough diversity to satisfy everyone's tastes. We would use this hotel again!

For one night we were satisfied!

We were there for a wedding in Roger Williams Park. It was about a 10 minute drive. We were also within walking distance of the Italian section.

It was a bit of a wait to get your car from the valet. Breakfast on the weekend was very good, but during the weekdays, you are limited to what is available in the lobby, which was sparse.

The service! Super accommodating. Sebastian helped us check in early so my husband could take conference calls. No issues with video calls I loved the high ceilings and the vintage vibe.

I didn’t like that there were people sleeping outside of the hotel. But when I learned that there was a food shelter nearby and the people were hungry, not dangerous, my thinking changed.
