Everything was great about this property, staff is amazing, food was good and the beds were comfortable. It is always my go to place. They also helped us find a great place to eat across the street.

The price was completely insane. I have never had to pay so much for a room in my life. There was a concert at the Gillette Stadium 10 minutes away, There was a shuttle that was also very expensive

The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding places to visit and places to eat in the area. Overall the breakfast buffet was fantastic and downgraded too good, it depends on who's the cook of the day.

Regarding the breakfast buffet which was fantastic one day. There was sausage, eggs, home fries, waffle, toast and the next morning, just bacon and eggs, it felled off a little bit, somewhat disappointed. Also, the air condition in one room I paid for was annoying loud and made it hard to fall asleep. Also, there was a stain on the bathroom door and the wall that didn't look kosher, couldn't be removed with soap and water, we tried. The hotel should paint over those stains. Room 201

I think the criteria to work here must be that you’re extremely kind bc everyone we encountered seemed like the nicest person ever! Our kids loved the breakfast buffet and we loved the all day coffee. Comfy beds too!

I hate to even say anything bc it was all so nice but there was a pair of earrings on the floor next to the bed, which makes me wonder if the floors were vacuumed at all between guests - it seemed cleaned but that was a little … eww!

Paul at the front desk was exceptionally amazing ! He recommends places to eat in the area and was so pleasant and helpful to talk to ! The room was comfy and clean !

The breakfast spread could have been better we went down at 830am since breakfast is served from 6am to 10am and most of everything was gone , and we were told by the staff they were out of a lot of things.

The only things I didn't like was no microwave and worst thing, 2025, no apps on the tv.. Used to bring my roku but started staying at a different chain and they have tv with YouTube, Netflix, etc . They just need to upgrade the tv

I loved the number of seating options in the breakfast area. That attracted me to this hotel. Our grandson loved the pool - didn't want to get out both times!

We didn't know where to store our clothes. I thought the frig was the pull out trays. There was no microwave.

Marc (sp) at the front desk was so helpful. Signed us up for hotel rewards. He told us about the shuttle service to Gillette Stadium. The wonderful restaurant he suggested. The food was outstanding. You can tell that he loves what he does. An outstanding employee. If you have employees of the month, he should be employee of the year.

The mattress in our room was so soft, my back is killing me. The angle of the TV and bed, had to look at TV at an angle and killed your neck.

The location was 10 minutes from the event we were going to the next day. The breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs, bacon cooked well & normal, assortment of breads, rolls, hot oatmeal, fruit, coffee tea etc. the breakfast area was very clean & well supplied.

Just needed tissues in the bathroom.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Close to Gillette Stadium,restaurants,supermarket. Ice machine on every floor. Great complementary breakfast buffet. Worth staying again.

TV stations kept going in and out. Little fridge never kept cold. Ice machine helped to keep little cooler going for weekend so we got by.

My first room had a musty smell. The staff graciously gave me another room. It smelled somewhat better. Maybe the rooms was above the pool. Overall the bed was very comfortable. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast was good.
