Very clean. Friendly staff. Heat was quiet and quick to respond. We stayed during a snowstorm. Parking lot was cleared early and done well. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient. Both evening and morning. Breakfast was fresh, hot , well stocked and with very clean areas. Once again, the staff was very friendly. Also, good selection of grab and go food and beverage choices for purchase in the lobby . Nice to see when we arrived close to midnight. Room prices were reasonable for the area.

Wish there had been a way of connecting to the side street so as to avoid having to exit onto highway and travel a good distance to find an opportunity for a u-turn. There is a crossroads with a traffic light practically adjacent to the property but egress was blocked off.

Very close to a perfect stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Only a couple of negatives. The air conditioner doesn't shut off once it reaches the set temperature. We had to switch to heat because we overshot the target temperature, and the heat also didn't shut off once it reached the target temperature. So I had to wait for it to get to a comfortable temperature and shut it off. And when shutting it off the fan doesn't stop. Very poor choice to buy an air conditioner/heater that the fan is always on regardless of whether anything is on. Also, after breakfast they should keep the coffee going for a little while after breakfast stops. I went back to get another cup before it finished, but it was shut down.

Spacious entrance area. Very helpful staff on reception, always available and ready to answer questions. Pleasant room with good facilities and well equipped en suite. Very clean. Large comforable bed. Good, reliable breakfast every day with a good and varied choice. Always ample. Attentive staff. Nice (small) swimming pool with additional towels available.

Limited eating options in the locality and none available at the hotel.

This location is managed very well loved the complimentary breakfast , the modern internet TV options, rooms/suites spacious pretty clean all around. One particular front desk clerk was annoyed by my questions.

I was bombarded with tons of pending charges on my credit card which has never happened before in other stays. I’m talking three $400 charges and three $171 charges 4 $40 charged crazy amounts. When I called they said it was because I had decreased my stay from 3 days to two. 🤷🏻‍♀️that’s the only thing I could say was odd and I didn’t like. Still have charges pending on my credit card account. Other than that this is a great stay. A gem 💎 like I said well managed!

I wish there was a water fill station for water bottles. I wish there was a place where you could borrow things like silverware for takeout, napkins for takeout, scissors for anything we buy, etc. I wish there was a brochure or something with details on what’s near by that’s recommended. Would’ve been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. Options for pillows for those who can’t have down/feathers.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could connect our Netflix account to their tv and watch our shows, that was pretty neat. All in all, can't complain.

Breakfast ended at 930 during the week which is kind of early for people on vacation, at least us. But there is a Dunkin you can walk to, so we just had breakfast there.

Ann the receptionist was so friendly and helpful - all the time aware to ask you what you need! We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. a great location on our way - just opposite a place to have some beer and more.

OMG, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, probably the best I have ever experienced! Also, the breakfast was very good as well! I love the little omelets with cheese. And the guy at check in and check out was really nice, I forgot his name though.

My room key did not work for the pool, I had to be let in to use the pool. I was kind of confused as to why.

Fine value for the money. Comfy beds; clean

The free breakfast was ok but a little disappointed at the limited selection - no bacon, no pancakes/waffles, no potatoes, no fruit (other than bananas and apples), not a ton of drink choices. Also the in-room fridge or something kept making a clicking noise throughout the night, which made sleeping a challenge

The breakfast was good and the location was great seeing though it was right next to my favorite store. My daughter enjoyed the pool area to the point where she had wants me to book again.

I don't have any negative things to say about this property for the time we stayed. Normally I do have something but this property is a 10 for me.
