I liked the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The gentleman, who was the overnight front desk person, was excellent. He was helpful in trying to retrieve my food delivery late at night. I am hoping to stay there again when I see another concert in August. The manager offered to keep in touch, in case a room was available on August twenty-second. I really appreciated her extra effort. I also liked the location in that there were a lot of options to grab a bite to eat.

The room was basic but clean. I would have liked more towels, being that there were four people in my room. There were only two.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Heat was quiet and quick to respond. We stayed during a snowstorm. Parking lot was cleared early and done well. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient. Both evening and morning. Breakfast was fresh, hot , well stocked and with very clean areas. Once again, the staff was very friendly. Also, good selection of grab and go food and beverage choices for purchase in the lobby . Nice to see when we arrived close to midnight. Room prices were reasonable for the area.

Wish there had been a way of connecting to the side street so as to avoid having to exit onto highway and travel a good distance to find an opportunity for a u-turn. There is a crossroads with a traffic light practically adjacent to the property but egress was blocked off.

beds were comfortable, rooms were clean; we had 2 rooms and the front desk checkin gave us 2 rooms very close together.

We stayed for 2 nights and did not know that there would be no housekeeping service until we checked out. would've been nice to know this as we were gone all day and came back to no beds being made or towels switched out. I call and the front desk was not at all friendly about and said "that's the way it is". Not friendly service. Front desk does not go out of their way to be inviting and friendly.

Very close to a perfect stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Only a couple of negatives. The air conditioner doesn't shut off once it reaches the set temperature. We had to switch to heat because we overshot the target temperature, and the heat also didn't shut off once it reached the target temperature. So I had to wait for it to get to a comfortable temperature and shut it off. And when shutting it off the fan doesn't stop. Very poor choice to buy an air conditioner/heater that the fan is always on regardless of whether anything is on. Also, after breakfast they should keep the coffee going for a little while after breakfast stops. I went back to get another cup before it finished, but it was shut down.

Everything was great. Easy check in and out with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and I thought it was really really nice for the lower price compared to other stays just 15 or 20 mins away.

The ONLY complaint was having a room on the Route 1 side of the building. The cars and trucks going by in the early morning were so loud. I would absolutely stay again just request a room on the opposite side.

Spacious entrance area. Very helpful staff on reception, always available and ready to answer questions. Pleasant room with good facilities and well equipped en suite. Very clean. Large comforable bed. Good, reliable breakfast every day with a good and varied choice. Always ample. Attentive staff. Nice (small) swimming pool with additional towels available.

Limited eating options in the locality and none available at the hotel.

This location is managed very well loved the complimentary breakfast , the modern internet TV options, rooms/suites spacious pretty clean all around. One particular front desk clerk was annoyed by my questions.

I was bombarded with tons of pending charges on my credit card which has never happened before in other stays. I’m talking three $400 charges and three $171 charges 4 $40 charged crazy amounts. When I called they said it was because I had decreased my stay from 3 days to two. 🤷🏻‍♀️that’s the only thing I could say was odd and I didn’t like. Still have charges pending on my credit card account. Other than that this is a great stay. A gem 💎 like I said well managed!

I wish there was a water fill station for water bottles. I wish there was a place where you could borrow things like silverware for takeout, napkins for takeout, scissors for anything we buy, etc. I wish there was a brochure or something with details on what’s near by that’s recommended. Would’ve been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. Options for pillows for those who can’t have down/feathers.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could connect our Netflix account to their tv and watch our shows, that was pretty neat. All in all, can't complain.

Breakfast ended at 930 during the week which is kind of early for people on vacation, at least us. But there is a Dunkin you can walk to, so we just had breakfast there.

Breakfast was awesome . The hotel was clean , and smelled great .. and staff were nice and friendly .. our room was nice and clean , bed sheets were smelling good .. I will definitely be making another reservation just to enjoy a great hotel stay … ohh and the shower was awesome !!!!
