I was very positively surprised by this hotel – it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, much larger than I anticipated. Of course, that means you sometimes have to walk a bit further to reach your room, as mentioned in another review, but I gladly accept that in exchange for such a generous room size. The kitchen was perfectly equipped – far beyond what I expected – with everything you might need for a longer or shorter stay. This really made a difference and was one of the highlights for me. I would definitely stay here again, and I’m now aware of this hotel chain. Whenever I travel by car in the future, this will be one of my first choices. Some reviews mentioned the surroundings as a negative point. For me, it’s quite the opposite: the big advantage is that you can park for free, drive right up to the entrance, and access your room at ground level or with elevator. Of course, if you’re looking for a holiday hotel with a picturesque environment and sights right outside your door, this might not be the right choice. But that’s not the concept here – the concept is affordable, spacious, and very convenient accommodation, especially for travelers with a car.

The breakfast was very good-many choices. The Breakfast Hostess/cook was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my wife got cover on day 3 so we/she stayed mostly room bound. Notified the desk and opted for no room cleaning. The folks swapped our linens in the hallway - our choice. The suite made for a pleasant escape.

My fault, I bought there was a hot tub/pool available - had a cool swimsuit!

The breakfast was great everyday. The property is close to major roads and Uber to airport and trains is easy. Most important it was clean quiet and totally relaxing.

It was not easily available to multiple restaurants by walking.

The breakfast was really complete and with great healthy options. I like the facilities and overall cleanliness of the place.

I'd like to see more options for vegans on the menu and maybe some options on the market - mostly for check-ins late in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent and location to event

No early check in ,trying to get back from event sent me pretty far off course because of the way the traffic flows out of the event nothing to do with the hotel itself

Good size, the room was clean, quiet.

The toilet ran for several seconds every few minutes. We had to keep the door closed. The water temperature in the shower never got hot. The staff was off for Christmas and we were only there for two nights so we didn’t bother to tell anyone.

Nice facility. They have had some bad reviews, but we would stay there again.

Clean water glass in kitchen was not clean. Mouse trap behind table...............................not a good sign.

Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel! Henry was very kind and helpful with our family!

mattress in pull out sofa was old and not comfortable/supportive. It needs a replacement.

5 stars... be aware that you may want to be placed closed to an elevator otherwise reaching your room may take time.

I wasn't expecting there to be a kitchen and fridge so that was nice. If I had a longer stay that would've been super useful!
