We arrived extremely late in the evening due to our prior event and they were able to check us in very very quickly

One out of the two keys that were programmed did not work to gain access to the building or our room, but that was okay since there were two of us and we were together all of the time and quick trip.

We come here every year since it opened as Marriott Courtyard over thirty years ago. I like all the refurbishment Sonesta has done. The hotel looks much nicer and has a younger vibe.

I don’t like Sonesta’s policy of not having housekeeping unless you ask for it. Cleanliness is a priority in a hotel and lack of maintenance is beginning to show, like for instance there are pieces of paper on the floor in the corridors.

It was convenient for Gillette. We went to a show. I liked having sliders to the outside. We had a patio. There are also rooms with balconies. The bed was comfy. . Fridge and microwave are great. I love having access to my balconies and YouTube accounts on the tv

Ask was pretty good. I wish there was coffee in the lobby. No free breakfast. For the regular room rate, I suppose that would not be a big deal. Coffee is a must for me though

We were attending a concert at Foxborough. The location was great and the shuttle recommended by the hotel staff was excellent. The room was very clean and well appointed (seating area, small balcony, small refrigerator). Bed was comfortable and the bathroom layout was efficient. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

The pool was out of order which was our only disappointment.

The woman at the front desk was terrific - agreeable, helpful, good-humored. The rooms were spotless & the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy with our stay & would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foxborough.

The pool being closed for renovation and the broken glass in the parking area. We did tell staff about the glass but it wasn't cleaned up for hours.The breakfast coffee machine in the lobby was broken.

Location is very convenient for us. Love the way Sonesta refurbished the hotel. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The closet should have more space to hang things. It’s tiny and half of it is taken up by the iron.

Location was good (daughter in Franklin, family in CT, flying in/out of Logan), comfort of the beds....oh my gosh, so comfy (and I'm not usually impressed with hotel beds) and the curtains got things nice and dark for some great sleep, and value, wow. I'd like to go back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space, which is beautiful, and the pool, which is being remodeled.

Nice lobby and rooms

Manager customer service I first met upon checking was not so pleasant. My balcony was dirty and the desk and chair had dirty stains on it that I had to clean with antibacterial. I was also not aware the pool and jacuzzi was not available and was very disappointed. I had to switch room to a cleaner room and balcony. The second room was much better.

I liked that this property was close to the venue to the event we were attending. It was at a great quiet location as well.

I wouldn’t say that this was necessarily a deal breaker or anything bad on the property. There wasn’t a vent fan in the bathroom or if there was it wasn’t working.

somewhat hidden but a quiet place. still easily accessible to highways The hotel has been updated- super comfortable beds, fun decor, great breakfast for the value I’d definitely stay again. I left an important personal item behind and the hotel was prompt on helping me retrieve it since I live out of state.

Our GPS directed us through back roads to get there from Gillette so location seemed a bit challenging to get to but I would still stay there again
