Breakfast was decent. Pretty much offered the same thing every day.

Would like to have seen a few different things for breakfast. Pancakes, French Toast, fresh donuts or pastries. After a week powdered eggs and potatoes got a little old.

Convenient drive to Providence. Plenty of car parking spaces. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was provided with a fair range of food but quality was so-so, using disposable utensils. There was only one staff in the breakfast room and she was amazing - constantly keeping the food and beverages refilled. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sam at the reception who helped us resolve a minor issue. Tea & coffee as well as hot water available at reception. Everything was as shown in website.

Road block to carpark due to renovation on one of the days. Luckily there were alternative car parking spaces and so not too much of a problem.

With two cleanings, there was still a pair of dirty socks left in the corner of the room from the previous travelers. Also, the soap dispenser was broken when we got there. They “fixed” it and it came off the wall the next day. The soap never dispensed. I was told they would replace it, and then when it wasn’t, I was told they would be replacing it after our stay.

The location was amazing. It is close to everything -- shopping, food, the highway. It was great to have free parking, breakfast and access to the pool. Loved having a mini fridge, microwave and storage in the room.

Coming from out of town, it would have been nice to check in earlier than 3 pm. I did request to check in sooner since I had a small child with me and we had been driving for hours, but my request was denied so luckily the area was full of stores and food places that we were able to go to and waste time. The bathroom fixtures were old and could have used some updating and the water pressure wasn't very strong, but the room was pretty clean overall. The ceilings and walls are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and it sounded as if the person above us was going to come through the ceiling. If I stayed here again, I would request the 3rd floor.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. Ally checked us in and really made us feel welcomed. New to the RI area so she suggested places to check out. Sam the manager was on top of things. He made sure breakfast area was spotless and there was plenty of food for the guest every morning. He personally greeted every guest and made sure they had what they needed.

People in the next room were loud and had their tv up too high

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Housekeeping was terrific

Only drawbacks were that the indoor pool is not heated and the room air conditioning resets the room temp throughout the day/night so it constantly turns AC down

We had to book our stay last minute due to an unfortunate event. The employee at the front desk was very courteous and helpful during check-in. He took the time to explain the location of the different amenities and hours of operation. Very professional, would stay again.

Room was clean, everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient. Breakfast attendant overheard me telling my child we had to get on the road and stepped in to point out the least messy on the go options -- really nice lady.

Water pressure wasn't great and pillows weren't very supportive, but mattresses were firm and comfortable.

The beds were comfortable. The space was laid out well. The staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was very good though I do wish the corned beef hash had been a little bit crispy.
