The property is in great location and a good stop point to break up a longer trip. Comfy and good breakfast and snacks at the desk. The staff is great and we’re very friendly toward my dog.

The $75 per night fee to have a dog is way too high when your staying over for one night. It does not cost that much for one time housekeeping and my dog did not make any mess. It should be $25 a night or so. A deposit on a credit card in case of damage would cover anything additional. We have stayed a few times on the way home but I probably will look for less expensive hotel next time unfortunately.

The room was clean and tidy with a nice TV, coffee maker and small fridge. The bathroom was roomy, very clean and had plenty of fresh towels. We enjoyed the breakfast which had so many delicious options, from yogurt and fruit to tasty baked goods and pastries, to waffles and eggs. My granddaughters really liked the egg, cheese and bacon bagels.

We stayed in an executive room with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed for the two granddaughters. Just beware that it is not a suite, so it was pretty tight quarters. We were only there overnight so we didn’t mind, however it would be pretty cramped if you planned to stay longer.

This location met all our needs. Clean and new! We like Hampton Inn.

There was a huge and very loud group of kids with their parents/coaches who were extremely rowdy. Both the adults and kids dominated the lobby area. Screaming, shouting, running through the public areas in wet bathing suits and bare feet. Very disrespectful of any other guests in the hotel. I felt sorry for the manager on duty Saturday night who had to (literally) mop up after they came in dripping wet from the pool. We experienced this in Michigan last summer with travel baseball teams. Unfortunate….the parents need to be responsible for this.

Bed was very comfortable. We lucked out with a room convenient to the parking lot. Bathroom was nicely done. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The room had a stale cigarette odor to it. There were some noisy guests but can't blame that on the hotel. Prices seem on the higher end for this type of a hotel. There was nothing luxury or out of line with similar hotel chains of this nature but the price to us, suggested otherwise.

Property was very clean and comfortable. You could tell staff cared and the front desk staff was very friendly and inviting. Breakfast was exceptional (relatively speaking in terms of hotel breakfast).

This is in no way any fault of the property but worth mentioning. Somebody was smoking in one of the rooms and set off the fire alarm at 11pm. We had to evacuate while waiting for the fire department to clear the building. Staff handled this situation as well as they could though and I don't believe this is indicative of a typical stay here.

The staff, especially Christine, was super sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to make my family feel comfortable. She helped my kids and made them feel special by giving them coloring pages at breakfast and helping with breakfast. She even got them fresh towels when she saw them shivering in the hallway because there towels were soaked from their bathing suits and they were waiting for me to finish a conversation. She truly made our stay a pleasant one.

Aside from the pack and play not coming with any sheets and blankets, and my bed not being super comfortable, we enjoyed everything at the hotel. (My kids didn't like that there were supposed to be cookies as a snack at night, but an entire soccer team ate them all and non were left for our family.)

First, the value of this place, versus staying in downtown Providence (which is only 10 minutes away) is incredible. Saved me over $50. Then, the front desk staff was super-helpful in resolving a "stupid me" mistake. (I booked a single king instead of a 2 queen, and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes... with a smile and a laugh.) Bonus: there's a beer tap in the lobby. Yes, really. You add funds to your room card and use it to pay at the automated tap. After a long day driving, being able to grab a cold frosty IPA and sit and relax by the pool while my kids swam was just too incredibly awesome.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were excellent at replacing what ran out. Also there was a different offering each morning.

All staff, with the exception of the manager on duty as we checked in, were great. That manager was unbelievably rude and unwelcoming even to the point of giving out to me. A lovely member of staff called to our room to apologise for her colleagues rudeness. It was the only thing to mar what was a very enjoyable stay in the hotel.

I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. You will be surrounded by gentle care and smiles. In the small space of the hotel lobby there is a counter with various snacks. During check-in, you will be offered several room options to choose from and will be offered to drink free tea or coffee in the breakfast area. There you will also find fresh fruits and cookies. The breakfast space is bright, spacious, with an ergonomic design. The tables are equipped with sockets, you can charge your phone during breakfast, and even hold an online meeting in the evening. The most delicious breakfasts: omelette, sausages, potatoes, various pastries, fruit salad, dairy products, waffles. Especially striking is the cleanliness everywhere with perfectly white linen and bedspreads, no smell (This is so rare in hotels - either it just smells bad, or there is a pleasant smell of a pillow. This hotel smells of just clean air). They have opened the pool recently, it’s warm and comfortable. I love this hotel. Thank you fo the high level. It is as if you are walking forward through a snow-covered field, and footprints appear under your feet, letting the others follow you along this road.

You maintain a high standard level in the industry. I'm proud of you. If you look for something that can be improved, maybe you can make the mattresses a little more rigid. On the other hand, how many customers you have so many preferences they have. Everything is great 👍

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and location was convenient.

We were unable to watch the NFL playoff game since the channel was not available. Also, my husband's room key did not work to let him in the gym room, so the staff had to let him in. This was a minor inconvenience.
