Didn't like their milk selections. I am a milk drinker in the morning, and the milk they had available is that no refrigeration til you open, 30 day shelf life, type. Not a fan, I like the the good old fresh daily, must refrigerate, 10 day shelf life, Milk. Nothing replaces good ole fresh milk.

Best Western is a nice hotel and helped me find a place to stay during my visit to the United States on a controlled budget. It offers the basics of comfortable beds, A/C and TV Cable. The WiFi was also very good and had no issues with using it. The size of the hotel rooms make it very cozy and the location is quite convenient when getting around South Shore. Staff members were helpful in keeping luggage before check-in times are available.

In terms of style, the interiors to the rooms do feel a bit dim and the colour of most corridors are quite bland. I've visited the hotel a couple of times and realized that the atmosphere does tend to be a little bit dull when coming back at night from a long trip. Some of the interiors look like they are aging and I think a bit of refursbishment would be nice on the corridors of the hotel.

This is a value proposition hotel. You get excellent value for a fair price, nothing sexy but good for a few nights. If you want/prefer to be pampered, spend more on a different hotel, like the DoubleTree Hilton across the street.

Noisy, walls are paper thin.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was dirt on the floor. I think the bathroom needs an overhaul. The grout around the perimeter of the floor was very dusty. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

I was able to check in early. Room was comfortable.

Breakfast was good but would have been better if there was sausage. More bagel options would have been good too. Also, cheese would be nice to make a breakfast sandwich with.

Couldnt have breakfast included due to a broken pipe…so I was inconvenienced and had to go out of my way both time and expense that was unexpected and no voucher, discount or refund for such. $20 off towards next stay would have been decent

Hi, It is very nice area and great place to stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. They have great shower, you don’t have to wait for water to get to the right temperature. Nice breakfast area always can find something.

PS on 4th and 5th of July - breakfast area - if eggs were gone - never were added more to the pot, like on other days - sounds like it depends who is on charge there.

We have stayed at a few hotels this summer and this was by far the best experience. We got a free room upgrade without even asking, and it was very comfortable and clean.

Overall a good stay . For the $200 a night I thought the breakfast could have been higher quality & a better selection . Staff was great … Room was clean .. 👍👍👍👍
