Well it was really relaxing. I loved the location of my balcony room facing the beach. The balcony was an excellent plus. The room was very clean. The staff were really helpful, too. The sheets were really comfortable. I loved the gas fireplace! Parking was pretty good.

The pillows were too bouncy Firm. My AC wasn't working, but I didn't report it till the last day, so my bad. I wished there was some sort of literature in the room, detailing where facilities and pool were, and mentioning the roof deck. I also wished the pool was available to use after checkout. I missed having busboys for help with the luggage, but I imagine staffing is hard to fill in these crazy times.

Location, ocean view, time of year it was quiet which was nice!

The minor issues, fireplace wasn't working or turning on properly! The shower knobs were confusing to figure out, the water was too hot turning them in any direction didn't matter lowering the water heat we couldn't find a happy medium for water temperature! Too hot ugh

Great location with a lot of places to go and see. We headed to so many places and enjoyed every moment we had in the area. We are looking forward to heading back to the area in the future!

The traffic is unreal, everything takes forever to get to when leaving the area, and the ferry transportation was already suspended for the off-season. Not really related to the hotel itself, but good to know for those that plan to venture out.

Balcony door very tough to side, off the track. Lower ½ of window would stay open had to open the top with no screen. Luggage rack was broken. Room was a bit musty especially for off season. EV. Charging was complicated. Needed a print out for the steps.

We had a wonderful stay. Alicia at the front desk could not have been more helpful as she answered all of our questions. She was even able to give us a room next to my sister. Don’t forget to check out the splendid roof deck.360 degree views of sunrise and sunsets overlooking the ocean. Heavenly. The resort is clean and very nautically decorated.

It's a perfect little weekend getaway. It is only 45 minutes from downtown Boston and an hour to Cape Cod. We spent a day having a beach and pool day and it was perfect for our family. Only a few restaurants nearby but the food we had was excellent. I would ask for an ocean-facing balcony next time we stay it is worth a little extra money! Highly recommend it!

The rooms and property have been updated since I visited a few years ago. Very comfortable and clean great location across from the beach lots of places to walk to in a great little coastal town.

Parking limited but still ok

It had listed on Booking.com that it was 10 mins from the Boston Airport, more like 45 mins out. I think they have updated that since our stay in May.

Including breakfast would be nice, for over 200.00$ a nite for a couple that would be great.

The location was great.

The pool could use some updating. They should provide guests with pool towels.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach.

The staff was good but not excellent.
