It was perfect!!!! So clean, spacious and all the facilities we needed both in the room (lovely kitchen area with all essential items, large couch, large tv, comfy bed, spacious bathroom) and around the hotel (large breakout lobby areas, buffet breakfast, gym, luggage storage). The staff were so helpful and friendly and the train station is a 2 minute walk. Perfect for our Boston marathon prep!! Also a large supermarket only 5 mins walk door to door and a beach that is only a casual 15 minute walk away.

Very clean, well organized, complete stay and incl nice almost European breakfast and very near the main red line metro.

First night they put us in a room were something had burned the was awfull and I got quite a headaque. They couldnt change rooms as the hotel was fully booker. Although I was granted a small discount on 1 nightshouod have been 100% in my mind) it is a big bluffer from this hotel to even offer a room like this to their clients. How can you even think of doing this looking at the professionality and quality of the hotel.

1. The hotel is within walking distance of the Red Line metro station, making it a convenient location. 2. The suite layout is functional. 3. The staff was attentive. 4. Breakfast was a nice bonus!

The room was not clean upon arrival, I found crumbs in the kitchen and hair in the bathroom. When I called for help, I was told they were short-staffed, and the manager only wiped down some surfaces instead of properly cleaning the room. If they improve housekeeping, this hotel would be perfect!

A lovely big room which was clean, bright and quiet. Very comfortable.

Although the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, the quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired. All of the hot items seemed to be very processed (formed bacon, burgers, pre-made "omelette" rather than actual eggs, chewy fried potatoes etc). The orange juice was very watered down, there was only a limited selection of fruit which ran out frequently and only paper cups for the coffee which seemed terribly wasteful. Maybe it just the usual American breakfast, but for the price of the hotel, we expected better.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had also a kitchette, huge fridge and sink. They have breakfast available in the morning, with fruit, yogurt, eggs and meat. They also have a laundry room available for free, you just need to provide your own detergent, with tumble dryer. There are a Target, Walgreens and few shops in the area.

Nothing, the only annoying bit is the underground line there, which is really slow. No problem with the hotel but consider it in your travel plans.

We booked for the location and ease of getting into Boston but were extremely pleased to be provided with an extremely well equipped, large hotel room complete with sizeable fridge, kitchenette and modern bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had an excellent stay.

The breakfast was not as great as we expected - short on variety and lacked a little in quality - but we were here for the location (next to the T line into Boston) and the rooms were excellent, so only a small negative.

One out of two elevators was out of order during the whole stay of 4 days. There was a fire alarm at 6 in the morning which wasn't the hotel's fault but it was inconvenient for the guests. The breakfast room needs to be organized better. The tables in the center are not accessible when the tables at the edge are occupied, so the seats are limited. This could be solved easily by taking 2 or 3 tables away. The staff at the breakfast room is very nice, busy and helpfull though. Two mornings only plastic forks were available, we appriciate the afford that reusable plates and silverware was available. Although the TV has the option to connect your own device to it it is not possible which should be changed.

Very clean, large rooms. Nice lounge and common areas. Breakfast was very good. Ample parking (although seemed pricey at 15$ a night). Location was a short walk from many restaurants. Liked that I could open window for sleeping.

Garbage can in lobby was overflowing and trash was left for hours in common areas, suggest that all staff take responsibility for keeping the common areas clean as these small details degrade the overall hotel experience.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel...we're just yogurt people. The dining and lounging areas were excellent, but we had a busy stay with graduations and parties and did not get an opportunity to use them.

I was concerned about the lack of handicap parking spots. At the beginning of our stay 2 vehicles occupied the two spots out front without a handicap plate or placard. I explained at the front desk and was told to park between them where there is a no parking, violators will be towed. I did, and I was almost towed!!!!

Location close to subway. Nice neighborhood. Spacious room.

Breakfast was the same all 5 days of our stay. The hotel was full of guests/marathon runners and very often we all had to wait in long lines for refills of all food and coffee because the service was slow and understaffed. This should not have happened not even 1 day in such a good hotel, let alone during a busy Boston marathon weekend.
