Paid $150 which was okay, we usually stay at the La Quinta in Somerville for $119 but they weren't running their usual deal so this was the next best deal. Everything was excellent, free breakfast would have been nice to have been included. Parking lot was a bit small but I think they had extra parking off to the side. It was more removed from the city than we would liked to have been, took us about 20 min to get to assembly row. Overall though everything was clean and the room was great! And accessing Netflix etc was super easy!

just pricier that I would have liked and there was no breakfast. Very sad. But otherwise no complaints whatsoever! Friendly staff and the room was exceptional!

Great location. Close to all the terrific diners in Watertown. Staff is friendly and exceptionally responsive. Rooms were recently renovated and the amenities are superior which includes the best lobby coffee maker and hotel/motel coffee I have ever had---there is a Dominos and liquor store across the street. And there is also an excellent walking trail along the Charles River which is only two blocks away.

The Inn was centrally located - near the mall and the church.

for our second day, they didn't provide new towels until I asked for it. Also, we were at the first floor and on our second night, the people occupying the room above us kept making noise (walking noisily back and forth) which made it a little hard to sleep.

A few minor things: broken towel bar in bathroom, hair dryer was MIA, no microwave, no stir stick with sugar/creamer packets, room could have used more light.

The small window type window AC/Heater look s brand new and it works so well. I really satisfied with the climate inside the room.

It was power electric failure for almost 3-4 hours one night during my stay. The water temperature from shower is not hot enough but just ok for quick shower.

Front desk guy was great when I arrived. I had messed up the reservation a little but he fixed. My cousin had booked the wrong date on her reservation but they fixed that one also. We were staying because of a funeral and they made what could have been really stressful into a good experience.

No pool No amenities at all

This place is SO NICE brand new everything & freshly renovated. Good location and clean inside.

The air conditioner was not working very well, and we had no washclothes to clean our body. Specifically asked for some and gave the room number and they were never provided.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and beds were comfortable. It was hot as blazes and the AC ran like a champ. Would definitely stay again.

It's a little thing but there were no ice buckets and ice machine. It was so hot, that it would have been nice to have some ice water before bed.

The hotel was so quiet, I felt like I was the only one there. Great bathroom. All looked brand new lots of space

I can't find anything wrong. TV was little hard to navigate. Couldn't find local TV channels.

We always stay at Inn on Arsenal. We find it to be a great value for the money. Fabulous location. Always feel safe. Rooms are always clean.
