Beautiful hotel and view of the Charles River. King suite was more than big enough for two couples with privacy as there was a door to close off the bedroom even though there were only 2 of us. It was like a whole apartment. The pool and hot tub were great. Water pressure in the shower was as good as it gets. Less than 10 minute commute into Cambridge. Entire hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping was friendly, helpful and accommodating. (Gotta give a special shout-out to the front desk. These people bend over backwards to make sure you’re enjoying your stay.) I would stay again 100% and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to the Boston area.

Hilton Honors solicitors in the lobby. Some were fine. Some didn’t know how to take no for an answer. But that was would never deter me from coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and ensured a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-situated, making it easy to explore Boston while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.It offers a very convenient shuttle bus to go to the main areas of the city. Overall, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston provided an excellent stay with great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Good overall.

Everything was great - was upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony overlooking the Charles for being a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was fantastic, all staff were great and I loved that there are complimentary shuttles to popular spots in the city, of which I took advantage of the one to the Aquarium. All in all a very lovely stay!

Have no complaints

Room was clean & spacious, good design, fridge & microwave. Once there, staff pleasant and helpful. But see below for disquieting phone interactions (but with their central system, not staff on site, they were fine).

Parking expensive and difficult to get anywhere from there on foot, none of the promised warm chocolate chip cookies in evidence, when trying to call to say we would be later than planned but still coming took 4 calls and 30" on hold to reach someone (was disconnected after holding multiple times). Also, when booking, called to see if military or AAA discount, person was rude & aggressive when I politely declined his offered rate, asked me why I didn't want to book with him very aggressive when I said his rate was higher than I could get on line... gave us pause about booking at all!

The hotel in general was very nice! Would highly recommend to anyone going to stay for an overnight or a longer vacation. The hotel was very clean, and the room itself was clean, which is extremely important for my husband and I.

We felt like there wasn't enough light in the "living room" part of the hotel room. It was pretty dark due to not having any windows like the bedroom had.

Loved everything about my stay! Extremely great value for money, but it wasn't just that. Staff was so incredibly friendly, I was warmly welcomed, and also I asked for a room with a view and got that too! Nice facilities like a pool, hot tub etc., great location for a morning run along the Charles and easy to reach by taxi or car.

Our stay was great! We were very pleased with our room ( king suite) and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were happy to have on site parking with in/out privileges. The locations was good for us - right on the river, out of the main city but still walkable to things to do. They also have a guest shuttle that can bring you to 3 destinations if you do not want to attempt to find public parking or drive. The restaurant/bar in the hotel is pricey but nice to know it was an option. We opted for a local pizza shop on our last night.

The daily parking rate of $47 was pretty high and the concierge could have been a bit more helpful with suggestions/recommendations.

The room was exceptionally large

It would have been great to have some plates and cutlery in the room since it did have a microwave. The room also had a great view over the city and the river, which would have been even more enjoyable if the windows were cleaner (from the outside)

Staff was Super - helpful, friendly and personable!! Room was comfortable and clean with nice view.

The room was small, there was a rolling cabinet with the fridge and microwave, and neither could plug into the broken outlet. The on site parking was expensive for an essentially out of downtown hotel.

The pool , the facilities, the staff was helpful and very very nice.my kids and myself enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi being open until 11 seeing we had busy day with cheer then can come back and relaxed. Room was nice like the extra bed was nice plus saver space. Roof top was a great bonus with the huts it was beautiful.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and blankets not soft. Tv doesn't have smart TV access(roku box) Parking was a little expensive per day We went to resturant sat there for 20min waiting to be helped noone came over we went to them was told to hold on no one still came over another 10min later and no seating so we left the facility with getting this place hoping not to leave and enjoy the stay.
