This hotel is in an amazing location in Boston. Fenway is across the street, the Kenmore station is down the street and you're within walking distance of A LOT. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was superb.

I would have loved for coffee to be available a tiny bit earlier. The bathroom was tight. I had to step around the toilet to open the door. The room was great but looked much bigger online. But having the kitchen was a help. Wish the valet parking cost was mentioned earlier. $70/night was obscene.

Marquis Miller, Front Desk Supervisor, was amazingly kind and helpful. He got us into our room early so we could freshen up and enjoy more time in Boston prior to the red Sox game. He also gave us great information about how to find our tour. Breakfast was excellent. Location right at Fenway was perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I guess the one thing is the cost. I am grad student and always looking for bargains. I get it, it's Boston, but maybe a discount for nurses and EMTs would be great. Still, I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location, especially if you’re seeing a game at Fenway. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice clean, updated room, comfortable bed. Free breakfast.

The description of hotel did not mention they were under construction- updating the lobby. And if you have a room facing the interior, you are directly facing a major construction site right outside your window. Noise started at 7 am and construction lights were on all night. Thankfully the room had dark curtains to close.

It had a one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom. It had an indoor pool.

The gentleman at the front desk at checkin was not very friendly, I called early in the day to see if it was possibly to check in early, 3pm, he said yes. I get there with my 3 kids and the room is far from being ready. So we are stuck in the lobby doing nothing. The man, Phillipe, was unsympathetic even though he is the one who told me the room would be ready.

We liked the location to Fenway and the T Train. The room was a generous size and we were very happy with the kitchenette, as we used it 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. Loved the roof top terrace, and kid took advantage of the pool. Superb breakfast!

The construction that was going on right outside our window, practically. While this is not the hotels fault, maybe some kind of notice? The last day we were there they started at 6:30 am or earlier with the bulldozer! That was a bit of a disappointment. Also, when the valet went to get our car, the battery was dead. Apparently somehow an interior light was on that no one seemed to notice. The employee was going to use another customer’s car, until my husband stepped in to say he was not comfortable with that. Supervisor said he would compensate us a one night’s cost, which was kind of him, but rather expected he should. Perhaps in training make sure parking valet’s check these things? Difficult time jumping the car as it sat for 5 days with the light on.

My son is a doctor at Beth Israel Hospital so we were visiting him and our daughter in-law. It was a 10 minute walk to their place. So location was awesome. Your breakfast was great! You have such a great selection to choose from that no one should have a problem there. The people who work there are friendly, hard working , and professional.

The construction work that started around 6:30am on Monday. Not your hotel's fault.

Great location in the Boston BackBay/Fenway area, close to River Charles and MIT, and to the Green T Line for reaching the city center. Spacious and comfortable rooms (studio type) well equipped, also with kitchenware. Great breakfast buffet, with a wide choice of meals.

The room cleaning is not daily, it every second day. The fridge in the room and fans in the corridor were very noisy overnight.

Modern hotel in walking distance both to University and shopping/food area. Spacious room, acoustically well isolated from outside noise; on-going next-block construction did not bothered at all. Very comfortable bed with soft silky linen, good quality WiFi. Attentive and helpful staff.

Poor, poor, monotonous breakfast with practically no-choice stuff and watery coffee, every day the same – but that is typical for most of the hotels in US, room-price independent. Far cry from European hotels.

The location could not be beat! We went to our Godson's BU graduation and wanted to be close to the venue, and his dorm. The property was clean and had amazing views from the rooftop space, where we spent many hours! The bar drinks could be improved. I paid $15 for a fruit margarita, which would be okay if it was not served in a 6 ounce glass that is overfilled with ice, leaving room for about 2 ounces of liquid. Huge miss by Marriott. We would have stayed longer and spent more on bar tab because we loved the rooftop! Most of us non-beer product. The beer was good! The bartender was THE BEST! She took care of us and our family during our two nights at the bar.

Paying $15 for 2-ounce cocktails. The mirrors in our room were dirty, which took away from an otherwise "Wow!" moment when we first walked our suite (#422).

Clean and spacious suite with well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Small convenience store in the lobby. Target and many coffee shops/restaurants within short walking distance.

Considering this is a 3-star hotel located near a construction area in Fenway, it was too overpriced for what it was.
