The hotel was opposite the Prudential Building which was super handy for shopping and for transport. The hotel itself was beautiful inside. The foyer area as well as the bar / restaurant area. The front desk staff was super friendly and we were treated to an upgrade which was very much appreciated. The rooms, whilst a little costly, were spacious, clean and stocked with anything you would need for a stay.

Our room whilst lovely has some signs of being slightly dated such as wall paper peeling away and some paint chipped. Not huge problems just a little noted. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing.

The super confortable bed (I had a king size bed), the large room with sofa chair and working table. It is accros the street from the prudential center with lots of shops and restaurants. Also very close to a large supermarket that is open 24 hours.

Most of the rooms are very nice. However, some have connecting doors to adjacent rooms and those connecting doors are very poorly soundproof. That is you hear everything from the neighbours even if they talk not very loud. I requested another room upon arrival, but it was not available. Two days later they did manage to move me to a room without a connecting door.

Great room size and facilities. Great location in the back bay, perfect for exploring the city. Snack bar that was open in the day to guests a really rice touch, the opposite 'grabby' which other hotels can be these days. Generally the hotel had a nice feel to it.

Bar/restaurant area had limited opening hours. Closed early on a Sunday and not available until later in the afternoon. Because if this we couldn't get a coffee or drink in the lobby area a few times we wanted to, which felt strange for a 4 star hotel and a shame as lobby and bar was nice.

Lovely hotel in a great location, both for Boston centre and for Fenway Park. Nice having the drinks and snacks in the lobby to help yourselves.

The restaurant wasn't open for two of the three nights but this didn't bother us. We had dinner in the hotel once. We wanted lunch on our last day and luckily I asked as they were doing lunch up at the pool. They should put a notice on the restaurant door to this effect as it was really nice sitting up there. There's a Cheesecake Factory opposite which was a nice experience to eat in.

Food in the restaurant was great, the staff person Lily when I first arrived was fantastic and helpful. The room was also very comfortable, very clean, very roomy.

The fridge didn't work and ruined the food I had purchased and stored because I wanted to eat specifically for breakfasts: yogurt and fruit. When I told them about it, they left a clunky fridge in the middle of the room and just left the rotting food in the old broken fridge. The staff person's response (not Lily) was lackluster, they didn't seem very concerned.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The location is great, right next to the Green Line metro and Prudential Center and within walking distance of multiple districts. The hotel itself was nice, clean and offered great amenities. An amazing surprise was the rooftop pool, which we didn’t know about prior to our stay.

The only negative was that our room had quite thin walls, so we could hear everything - people passing by or talking in the hallways, as well as noise from the room next to us.

Room was large enough for 4 adults nice coffee bar inside supplied with K cups also there was a fridge that supplied two bottles of water a day . With four adults occupying a room that should have at least been 4 . The beds were comfortable and the linens nice the place was quiet . The rooftop pool was awesome with a bar and lots of loungers and towels supplied . Definitely a plus on those hot days of July. The location was amazing we walked everywhere and so many restaurants near by . The lobby is so eclectic and comfortable so many nice places to sit . The front desk staff were ever helpful .

I did not like our room being charged for food and drinks we did not order while at the pool . We did order two drinks one day and paid in cash and my sons ordered two paid with his visa and on check out was told we had charges for food and drinks from pool area to our room . I promptly made the clerk aware this was not us and he did say he would remove it from our room charge .

Comfortable, convenient, and lovely

A nonsensical purposeless additional $30 ‘amenity’ charge (there were no amenities- it felt like a scam)

It was in a prime location, right across the street from the Prudential where the convention was being held. I was in room 908 and the bed was the comfiest bed I've slept on in months. I almost wish I could buy the bed for my house.

I did not like how they governed the thermostat at 65 degrees. I am a cold sleeper and just like it cooler in general and 65 was not ideal for me or my spouse. So besides that, the stay was great!

The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Easy parking (if expensive) and easy access to food, shopping, and walking around right nearby the hotel. The location was exceptional.

I was in an adjoining room to strangers who were talking all night. I don’t know if they were particularly loud or if the walls were just PAPER thin. It took me hours to fall asleep after asking them to keep it down THROUGH THE WALL. The room cost me nearly $500 for one night, and was not at all worth that price. It was very expensive (likely due to graduations happening that weekend), but I wouldn’t spend that much money on this hotel again - the level of luxury simply did not match how much I paid to stay there.
