Location is just perfect, the apartment was clean

check in time of 4 PM is just not acceptable and makes this hotel a poor choice for early arrivals in Boston - you can check in early for a fee which increases the earlier the check in you ask for - every other stay (7 on our US trip) was flexible at no cost - the furnishings were clean minimalist - this hotel is all about the location on Newbury

Al lot more space then expected. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, living space was great. The tv had a good variety of apps to stream. Love the self check in with the codes, felt secure. Location was great, right in the heart of Newbury street, and close to stations

We were on the top floor, so had to lug our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. No elevator unless you are in the accessible room. But the actual room made the climb worth it, just need to keep that in mind.

The location was perfect for the conference I was attending, and so close to great restaurants and shopping! The apartment was so much more spacious than I thought it would be and it really made for a comfortable and great stay. The bathroom amenities were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Although I have no issues with climbing stairs, I must admit that I was not aware of the number of stairs that led to the rooms (ours was on the 4th floor) - I may have missed that detail in the description. People with accessibility issues will likely find difficulties with the number of stairs (though I do believe there is an accessible suite available).

Location was perfect right in the centre of the main shopping street with loads of restaurants around and super convenient metro transport. Also lots of options for grocery stores with also a big shopping centre just 3 min away. The flat itself was extremely practical with everything you could need and well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness was really good. Very convenient to have luggage storage facility. Also, the shuttle from the airport leaves just a couple of minutes from this property which is super convenient. Will definitely be back

It could be practical to have a phone to reach the customer service at the entrance, just in case you forgot your code and phone upstairs (we bumped into a couple who were in this situation) There is quite a bit of light coming in through the windows so we used eye masks

Loved having a washing machine. The place was clean and having a supply of coffee for a few days was nice. The kitchen had plates and a tiny dishwasher and it was quiet on the fourth floor. The location was within walking distance of everything and felt safe.

There was no place to hang anything like wet towels, clean wet laundry to dry, coats. No drawers for clothes. Four flights of stairs was rough. The pullout was really uncomfy but the linens and extra pillows were nice. No parking was a bummer but there was a garage a few blocks away ($40/night).

A superb location. Close to dining, 2 delicatessens and high end shops. The apartment offered all we needed for a 5 night stay. Washing machine, cooking utensils, wifi etc. It was quiet because our apartment was at the back of the building. Walking distance to the "T" (underground trains) or just walk to down to the Boston Public Garden and you are close the Beacon Hill district. We would definitely stay again.

If you arrive before the 4pm check-in time they charge an early entry fee. The apartments start on a mezzanine floor and no lift access to that floor only stairs (1.5 flights) not ideal with large suitcases.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean, big kitchen

Bedroom tiny- full sized bed ( not a queen) with one side pushed up against a wall—hard to fit 2 adults— one has to climb over top of the other to get in and out of the bed. Not able to walk around the foot of bed either— room barely holds the full sized bed. Pull out couch also very uncomfortable. Hot water fluctuates from scalding to ice in the shower.

Apartment was beautiful. Every amenity, fully equipped kitchen, laundry if you needed it for a longer stay (we only did 2 nights). Extremely comfortable, even the sofa bed in the lounge. Location superb. No staff, hence low score, but Booking went so smoothly. This part of Boston is away from the waterfront, but very cool, chilled and sophisticated. And still walking dis tance to the water, and everything else, anyway. Couldn't recommend enough

Nothing at all

The location was amazing. Love that I could open up the windows and field fresh air, and also hear the scenery of outside. The apartment was perfectly spacious for a couple.

I really didn’t mind the stairs and they make it obvious in the listing, but we were on the third floor so we did have two flights of stairs to go up. Again, it was not difficult at all, but just be aware of that factor if you have a lot of luggage.

perfect location! perfect communication with a host. everything you need in the kitchen. you can feel like at home. Definitely I will look for Sonder properties in future!

a little bit noisy street - but I don't consider it as disadvantage - as you stay in a heart of the city, within a walking distance to many attractions.
