The property was located at a very convenient location and I could easily walk to both Cambridge and Newbury street/Boston commons in 20 minutes. I especially liked the ample work space on the second floor and was able to do some late-night deep work during my stay here. The hotel gym and my room had an excellent view of Newbury street.
The booking system couldn't find my reservation via Booking.com when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel staff created a new reservation for me (with no extra pay) and I was able to check in after 15 minutes of delay.

The room was small but really cleverly designed and so it doesn't feel cramped for two people at all. The rain shower was great and the bed is exactly as they promise: King size and extremely comfortable with, as they say, the 'fluffiest pillows in the world'. We slept incredibly well. The view of Boston (we were on the Charles River side) through the full width picture window onto the changing scene really holds your attention. It's beautiful at night. The bed is right up against the window and gives you the feeling that you are floating above the city. Everything in the room from the blinds on the window (which you can change from day to night to blackout) to the TV to the cleaning schedule is controlled from the app on the laptop provided. I am not a particularly tech-orientated person at all, but I really enjoyed using it. The novelty of it was a big part of the enjoyment. The wake-up alarm offered a choice of different sounds (urban, nature etc.) and as I recall various lighting combinations to wake up to. Naturally we experimented with a different one each morning. Storage was well thought out and we had no trouble finding space for our clothes etc. A modern safe is provided. The room was very clean and you can choose to forego housekeeping for a day or two to, well, save the planet. They thoughtfully provided a series of books on a variety of life topics. Breakfast was good. There was an ample buffet with juices, cereals, fruits, cheese, croissants etc as well as hot options including tomatoes, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns. Coffee (cappuccino, latte, espresso, American) was served to order by a barista. We thought it was a bit expensive at $20 + tax each, so decided to eat breakfast out the second morning. Then we found we paid more for the same or less in a nearby cafe and so took the hotel breakfasts again after that. The atmosphere was very good too with a nice mix of tourists and young professionals.
The hotel isn't cheap but from my research I concluded it was good value for Boston prices, given the distinctively hip ambience and the cutting edge product experience (comfort, tech, unique style). Breakfast tables sometimes needed a clean but the staff are clearly multi-tasking between bar, service, and supporting the automated reception/check in so this is a minor gripe.

Proximity to Fenway Park
Refrigerator was small. Room was a little small. No on-site parking.

The hotel is very new and the lobby lounge area is wonderful. The location is very good just across the T.
The room is very very small. The iPad for room control is not ideal and the lights can’t be turn on or off individually. All on or all off with a dimmer is a terrible design.

Great location right near Hynes T station. Super clean. Will be back.
Room was a little smaller than I'm used to, but that was a very minor issue. No reason to stay in the room anyway with so much else to do.

I loved the aesthetic. “Traditional” American hotels are all the same for the most part, and that’s just gotten very boring. I really liked the Scandinavian European flavor of this one. The view out the window of the Boston skyline and neighborhoods was absolutely perfect. I also very much enjoyed the fact that we were able to completely black out the windows using the blinds instead of they’re still being some kind of little break in the curtains where light would come streaming through. It may be a small thing, but for us it has always been a significant thing. It felt like a very fun and trendy experience compared to the typical hotel experience in the US.
I will admit, the rooms were a bit small and challenging to navigate with two people. Having to climb over one another across the bed if someone has to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was not the best.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were in town for the marathon and some sightseeing and it was in walking distance to the finish line. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.
When we initially booked I didn't pay any attention to the room size. I was too focused on location. When we arrived, we realized how tiny the rooms are. HOWEVER, the common area downstairs was fantastic, and we used it almost daily, whether having a drink, meeting family, playing a card game at one of the tables, and endless stops to the water bottle filling station. The room, while small, was actually perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the blackout shades were exactly that, and the small space is well thought out, so we were able to stay very comfortably there.!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1 am and someone immediately came down to buzz us in and help us check in. The room was small but maximized the space well. We also had fun playing with the iPad controls - changing the color of the shower lights, the light level in the room, and the two different curtains (one translucent and one blackout). We also appreciated that the different TV channels were clearly labeled on the iPad, so we didn't have to click through each channel individually to find what we wanted to watch. Most useful was the alarm that turned the lights on in the morning, helping us with jet lag.
We were aghast that we had to pay for it (at $22 per person, per day!). Booking.com said that breakfast was included, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. While the buffet was high-quality, it's not worth the money unless you absolutely stuff yourself and then sneak some pastries and fruit back to your room. Getting breakfast at a nearby cafe like Trident Books is a much better value. In addition, every room of the hotel, including the elevators, displays obnoxious art pieces that give the place an air of trying too hard to be unique. It's inescapable.

I loved the view!! it was amazing! we were at 12 floor with a view of Charles River bridge. The hotel looks good, nice environment, we felt it safe and nice. I travel with my teenage daughter and we both enjoyed staying there. It's around 10 minutes away from Fenway Park and 7 minutes from Charles River bridge (both walking distance). The rooms are very small but they are well organized and had all basic services, so we felt it very comfortable. I think the relationship between the price I paid and the hotel characteristics was very good.
We did not have breakfast there. They offered me the buffet but sounded expensive to me, maybe it was our perception because we usually do not eat a lot. Other than that, the hotel was very nice!

I loved this place. It was my first visit to Boston and the location was brilliant, both for work and for a bit of personal time. The rooms may be small but they have everything you might need. I was lucky to have an 11th floor room with a view of the river and I loved looking out the window. The enormous bed and the bedding and pillows are phenomenally comfortable. I wasn't going to have breakfast in the hotel but changed my mind when I saw it - a perfect selection of hot and cold breakfast foods, lovely coffee. The communal area on the first floor is great for working or just sitting reading or looking out the window.
A kettle or coffee/tea-making ability in the room would have been an amazing addition.
