I loved the ease of use. I was skeptical about the whole process, bit It worked perfectly. I loved the historical building where the hotel is located, a typical Bostonian house, I also loved the location itself, in a gorgeous winter landscaped Commonwealth Avenue. A block away from Newbury Street. It was spotlesly clean. The room was large and comfortable for me and my daughter. The bathroom was small but well appointed. In the tiny kitchenette, they provided a few paper cups and plates. Paper towels, napkins, coffee pods and coffee maker. Small fridge, Microwave and kettle. Dishwasher soap. There was a little cupboard in the lobby where your could get extra supplies, I loved it worked with the "honor system" just take what you need. Toilet Paper, towels, more coffee, herbal tea. The chat with the staff worked perfectly well, they were super fast in answering any questions. The check out instructions: close the door after you.... :)

Nothing. I disliked nothing, about this system. My only negative, which it really isn't... is that they couldn't provide me with a little toaster. Also, the shower faucet is located in such an awkward place that you get soaked when opening the shower. Nothing major.

Great location!

There was baggage drop in small lockers but very few lockers. If the lockers were deeper a carryon bag could fit lying down but the lockers are too shallow so only one roller bag can fit standing up… so you can only store one person luggage per locker. We once travelled as a pair and had one roller and one personal item and the lockers were all full but one so we had to store luggage off site on our days of arrival and departure. An extra step you wouldn’t have to take at a normal hotel.

The location was wonderful, a block away from wonderful shops and restaurants and a short walk away from great parks and entertainment. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was not overly busy for being so close to the action.

The room was small, the "electronic key" (using their mobile app) stopped working halfway through our trip. Foot traffic outside the building can be noisy at night, but wasn't too bad.

Location was excellent. A beautiful building, and the room was lovely, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Sean, the staff member in the office, was exceptionally helpful when we needed some assistance.

The only thing—we would have appreciated more luggage lockers available to store our things between checkout and before we needed to travel. They were all filled, unfortunately. To be fair, it was stated very clearly when we booked that the storage lockers were in limited supply, so we weren’t upset.

We had the apartment with the Balcony. And wow are we glad we did. I actually convinced my girlfriend to book this room as i secretly wanted to propose to her on the balcony (which i did and she said yes) the apartment itself is perfect. The views are beautiful its literally a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants and probably 20 minute walk to the main city centre with good subway links too!

The room is clean and spacious. There’s a small kitchenette with a microwave so convenient for making light dinner. The location is fantastic, right near Newbury street where plenty of local amenities

Would be better to have twin bed so it fits wider customer base.

The room is smaller than I thought but is perfect for one person. Everything was well thought and very clean. There is an extra fee for cleaning. Amazing location! I was able to walk everywhere.

The gentleman there when we arrived on Saturday, Feb 22nd was super helpful and friendly. Also, the location was perfect. Will stay here when we come again next year! A plus, was the Logan express drop off and pick up is 5 minute walk.

Design, atmosphere, cozyness, nice bathroom with wonderfully smelling bathrooms supplies, nice area and nearby subway station

Size of the room, no room service if not specifically booked via a app, we didn't know about

Everything! Was really cute and cozy/welcoming. Will definitely stay again in the future! We stayed on a whim when my cousin was having a mastectomy. We intended to stay with her, but found out it wasn’t allowed when we were there. Balcony was amazing and just what we needed to decompress after a stressful day!
