The location was top-notch - 2-5 minute walking distance to the shopping Mecca in Boston -Prudential Center, Copley Square, and of course, Newbury street. If you like, the arts, its also walking distance to the Boston Symphony Hall; a very short train ride away from Museum of Fine Arts of Boston; Walking distance to the Church of St. Cecilia - a beautiful Roman Catholic Church that has been around for more than 130 years. Mandarin Oriental Staff gets excellent grades for their discretion and highly anticipatory care of the guests.

Rooms need some plants or flowers to make it more alive and warmer.

Excellent location , very good staff . Breakfast well bellow expectations.

Air (fresh as we were told ) was blowing in the room non stop !!! As a result room was cold . Staff Tried to fix it by stacking a piece of cartoon on the ceiling abut didn't work. Hotel has to address the issue .

The spa facility and staff were terrific.

Centrally located, Flexibility of breakfast menu. Very nice room with an excellent bathroom facilities. The nice touch of fruit and candy.

For the claim, your carpets in the hallway could stand a wash. The drain levels in the shower seem be inclined towards the toilet and there is no drain out side the shower. Some what of an eye sore with the lord & taylor shuttered store.

the maid threw away some of our stuff things like gift wraps and cards' envelope thinking there were rubbish, even though I told the front desk before they came for cleaning.

There was a light in our room behind the frig that kept going on and off. Also, the tub was very hard to turn on, so I gave up. Shower was great.

1st time in Boston and I love the Mandarin Oriental brand. Brett was absolutely amazing and he gave me a tour of your Royal Suite. The MoBos staff was excellent as well. I had a treat in my room welcoming me to the Mandarin by Rachael Cotter who arranged my stay. Thank you Rachael for accommodating me. Location is very good and the level of service the MO provides is top notch! Thank you! I will be back because I’m an MO Fan!

Price - Wasn’t able to get a discounted rate for the 8th because of black out dates (Boston Marathon) but I was given a rate for the 7th…unfortunately I had to cancel that day.
