Exceptional staff service. I have stayed in many other high-end hotels and all the 1 Dalton Street staff were completely focused on making my stay being as enjoyable as possible. Justin (Hotel Assistant Manager), Caroline (Guest Experience Specialist) and Eva (Front Office Manager) went the extra mile and they came across clearly as a team who enjoyed their work and wanted to make our visit like a place that can be described as home from home. All the the staff on the front desk and door where exceptionally kind and helpful. They too were a great team. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and so was the staff in One-plus-One and the Trifecta. The Room was high spec and we slept well. Breakfast and range of food was great. The pool was great.

A tough question to respond too... maybe the only thing I can say needs to be looked at for Room is the fact the shower has to run for a bit before the hot water comes - however, this is so trivial, and did not affect our stay. A mere tweak here can sort this out. Otherwise, there was absolutely nothing that we did not like.

Hillary , and all the men at door with plaid outfits and guys in grey top and pants . Helped me a greeting me everyday. My bags were heavy i never lifted a finger. At desk patch and the other young blonde young man made sure i was informed and hydrated. There was lovely blond women and a red headed young lady were also exceptional. Hannah Erica Maggie and the three male batenders kept me well served. Thankyou chef thankyou hightea people

Coffee at one to one needs alittle work Food was good but i like my bacon hot And irish so there you go service at one to one excellent

The customer service at the hotel was outstanding especially with us traveling with a baby and having specific requests. The bathroom was very spacious and had a lovely modern tub. Housekeeping were on call and was a bonus as we could only get the room cleaned at certain times. The Tablet that you use to communicate with concierge was easy to use and very efficient with any requests that we had.

We booked a suite and were surprised that the bed was a queen. I am not sure if that's how the suites work or we needed to specifically book a king.

Beautiful hotel. Super comfortable room, big bed and bathroom, amazing à la carte breakfast. I got to try some of the main dishes, and they were delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with everything. Love how quiet it was, despite being very busy with a lot of guess.

The area was not the prettiest, but it was close to a shopping mall. A little bit pricy for the location.

The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated in the heart of Boston, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions. Whether I was exploring the historic Freedom Trail or strolling along the charming streets of Beacon Hill, everything was just a stone's throw away.

The breakfast was incredible. They arrived a few minutes early and set everything up so it was ready by the time we ordered. The set up was gorgeous and the food was incredible. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed and more. All of the amenities were top of the line and beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that certain things took a bit longer than they should have. I asked to have utensils sent to the room and after 15 minutes had to go down in my PJs and walk through the bar and restaurant to get them. I was also overcharged for one of the bottles of champagne from the minibar. It was listed as $60 and I was charged $80.

The staff were exceptional from check-in, throughout our stay, and check-out. We also thoroughly enjoyed our in-room breakfast experience, and dining at Zuma restaurant. We were also offered the hotel’s chauffeur to take us to our event!

I do not have anything negative to state about this property.

Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly . Japanese restaurant was lovely. Excellent gym. Very well located

Luxurious & comfortable amazing staff, just a wonderful place to hang out in, and best part all were super nice to our 2 small dogs!

The ac in our premier king suite was not working great. Room service crazy expensive.

Exceptional quality, meticulous attention to detail, and impressive property - the gold standard for all stays in Boston. Will not hesitate to stay there again next time in Boston
