Professional and friendly welcome on arrival. All the staff we met was smiling, helpful and in a good mood, which puts you in a good mood too. Great location just 2 min' walk from the subway green line and the Prudential Centre, which has food outlets and shops, and 10 min from Newbury Street. We were able to walk to many places and we took the subway to go further afield. A 7-11 is just accross the street for snacks and a larger supermarket an easy 15-min walk away. Apartment was super clean, spacious, with good storage, wifi, a nice bathroom and small kitchen with enough to cook a meal. It was extremely hot during our visit and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast essentials, in a little room near reception, are handy before you head out for the day: cereal, tea/coffee, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, butter and jam etc. We only found out afterwards but the Logan Express bus stops nearby.

The lift is slow, small inconvenience to have considering everything else was excellent.

I came to Boston for a conference at the Sheraton-Marriott. Opted for the Inn at St Botolph as it was afordable and very close. The staff and the hotel are wonderful. Breaksast is served in a small common room and includes muffins, fruits, yogurt, and hot drinks - lovingly and generously served. I would love to come back to Boston and to this hotel, which feels like a hybrid between a boutique hotel and a family home.

No full buffet breakfast. But you can buy groceries at the local supermarkets and cook in the small (fully equipped) kitchen in your room.

Great to have kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker in room; comfortable bed; very quiet, residential street; good continental breakfast with coffee and tea machine accessible all day; very friendly and helpful staff, personal atmosphere; good location for shopping and conferences, airport bus and public transport

Everything was great—no complaints— just be aware that it‘s at least a half hour walk to historic sites. Also I suggest providing a couple kitchen towels and washcloths, as it is hard to wash dishes with paper towels. It is expensive but similar to the cost of nearby hotels and with more amenities.

Location was excellent, a very quite street in a very central place. The room was large and comfortable, very clean. Getting in and into the room was very convenient and easy, got all the information I needed up front. I used the small kitchen a lot, bought my own food so both the fridge and the microwave as well as the dishes were very useful. I also used the exercise room, which was small and basic, but enough for my needs. Breakfast - well, since this is a USA hotel, I can say the breakfast was great, with coffee, fruits (apples), cereal and some bread. Anywhere else in the world that won't be considered enough. but again, compared to what was offered in the conference I attended, it was better.

My only comment for "can get better" is the size of the bathroom. There was no space for my "stuff", really nothing, hardly room for my toothbrush. The hotel room is so spacious, some of the space should have been allocated to the bathroom. The shower on the other hand was fine, it worked great, plenty of hot water and the size was decent.

This hotel is in a residential neighborhood, and near the train station, a metro and a bus stop. We found good food options in walking distance, and slept peacefully in our quiet room. Our suite had a queen and an inflatable mattress for a child. There was plenty of room for both. The apartment was tastefully modern, and spacious. The bathroom was a little small, but everything worked and was spotless. Every time I called to get information or stopped at the office, the employees were friendly and helpful.

There is no loading/unloading zone in front without blocking traffic or paying street parking. Not a deal breaker, but I would have liked to know before I showed up and started looking.

The suite was large and had an excellent kitchen. The bathroom had lots of hot water. The location couldn't have been more perfect for me. I liked the breakfast in the morning. Thomas, the manager, was helpful and very pleasant. My bed was comfortable with lovely linens.

There are two keypads by the front door, and it took me many tries to get them right the first time. I also had trouble with the thermostat settings. Maybe posting an explanation in the room would take care of it.

Spacious room Very helpful staff - offered me use of a good umbrella to go out in the rain.

Lighting in room could be better Didn't tell me the blind in bedroom was broken Need more hooks in bathroom to hang clothes/towels Noisy fan with air-conditioning system so I turned it off. Only has 2 settings - auto or on. Front door keypad not well lit - had to use my phone torch light and get my glasses out at 11pm to key in the 9 digit code.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at St. Botolph very much. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the MFA and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the surrounding area is lovely! The Inn itself is very good. We were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was abundant and did the trick and the coffee, made with a self-serve espresso machine with frother was terrific! The bed and linens were excellent and we slept very well in this beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Also, the shower had great water pressure and an oversized shower head - really nice! In addition, Tom our concierge, was very helpful and gracious and allowed us to store our bags after check out while we went out for the day before heading home to NYC.

Our only suggestions: a few screw holes in the walls where fixtures had been removed need repair and the full size refrigerator was quite loud.

I love the quaint brownstone neighborhood that this inn is in. The rooms were updated and comfortable. It had a small kitchen area. I liked that I didn't feel like I was staying in a stuffy business suite.

The carpets could use some cleaning, but I was able to ignore it mostly.

Upscale accommodations. Newly remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked with k-cup coffee supplies. Snacks and light breakfast was also available. Didn't realize it was right around the corner from a large Mall which was great. Had dinner at the cheesecake factory. Gentleman in the office was very helpful regarding transportation options back to the airport. Very pleasant stay.

Not the Inns fault but the Uber to get there from the pier was $70.
