The place was clean, well-appointed (as I did a little cooking), and very comfortable. They could have provided an extra blanket, but no biggie. I asked for extra coffee (twice), and they delivered it to our room in a little bag on the door handle. The location was excellent, central, and very safe. I had stayed here before and liked it so much that I stayed there again. The property was very safe, with locked doors and a front desk staff all the time. The view was amazing.

The price for this place was really high, IMO. It was high previously, but it was even higher on Boston Marathon weekend, which was not totally surprising. Boston is an expensive city to visit.

The unit was roomy with enough space to store my items. It was clean and was really nice having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. The building was safe and you needed a key fob to get in and could only go to your floor, the main floor or the game room floor. Right across the street was a really nice food court type of place with all different types of food, a DJ on the weekends and 2 full bars. It was fun to just walk across the street and not have to take a car. It also saves money to be able to cook in the unit. There was a Target in walking distance with a full grocery store.

The only things I would say I did not like, is that it wound up costing a lot to park. The lot was very close, but it was $45 per day and you could not take your car in and out. The one time I had to take my car in and out, it wound up being $90 for the one day, since it then forced me to pay again, There should have been a discount for hotel guests to maybe $20 per day.

The apartment was in a great location and had all necessary amenities. It was on a high level and had great views. I arrived after mid-night and arrangements were made for efficient and safe entry, which was great. In fact, I felt very safe in the apartment during the entire stay, which was important as I travelled solo. Sonder staff, in-person and online were very responsive and helpful.

The furniture was a little worn and the apartment lacked character; however, it was functional.

Well located, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bedding. I liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer. I explicitly wanted something with a kitchen, and the one in the apartment has high-quality basics, including oven, microwave and hot plates.

There could be a bit more kitchenware. For instance, there were no peelers. The shower head is the usual US without a flexible hose.

The apartment was spacious and modern. It was located near the sights I wanted to see in Boston. Close to the "T" station. Lots of shops and restaurants located within a few blocks of the hotel.

There was no cable television. You needed to have entertainment options on a device that could be used with the system in the room. However, the attendant installed an antenna that allowed us to get about 5 channels. The drain in the shower was very slow. Told front desk at checkout about it.

Location, quiet for sleeping etc. , minimal esthetic of space and staff person for Sonder was wonderful and very responsive so were the people at front desk downstairs. View was great.

The sheet was stained with blood or chocolate, we had to ask the next am to have it changed. We were given one washcloth for 2 people. No instructions in room how to set heat system, dishwasher, oven etc.

It was for a Red Sox/Fenway Park destination trip. We went out the front door, took a right and walked 900 feet to Gate D at Fenway! The room was like a studio apartment, very clean, lots of supplies, great management!

We came in late & could not get the TV to work. Tried doing the Google Chrome & casting thing but it’s a pain. There’s no basic, just turn it on, TV provider. Couldn’t find anyone I knew who used it to help. In the morning (10am) the office worker hooked up the TV to antenna for me. Not the best set up but it worked. And, the bed was too hard but, that’s just my opinion.

I really liked the location and the ease of checking in and out. The room was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was clean and cosy. The view from the window was wonderful.

I didn't like a couple of things like a broken garbage bin, no frying pans (the one we got was burnt), the sink grinder was broken too.

Exceptional location. Safe neighbourhood. Green MBTA line (Fenway station) within walking distance. Uber and Lyft readily available. Walking distance to Fenway Park (if you are a baseball fan). Paid public carpark conveniently located nearby. Cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Star Market and a Target (includes a mini supermarket) within 5 minutes walk. This is convenient as the apartment has a full kitchen. Laundry facilities available and very helpful. A TV with Chromecast. Very clean apartment (cleaning services on request). Friendly staff at Sonder (on the 11th floor) and the building front desk (lobby) (Pierce Boston is a private apartment / condominium).

Stayed here for a week. Location was good for me, but might not suit people looking for downtown Boston. Washing machine and dryer provided (worked fine), good kitchen, nice view, a supermarket right across the road and a bunch of restaurants nearby. It was pleasant to work in the apartment when I needed to. I had no noise issues.

There are two sets of roller blinds which made it dark enough for wintertime, but no blackout blinds.
