Staff were really helpful and respectful. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was included and was acceptable. Location is good if you want to visit Boston or Cambridge. It´s really easy, quick and cheap to get around by public transport. It's easy and cheap to get from and to Logan Airport. Even though you're not in Boston, it would only take you 15 minutes by train to get there. I recommend this place. I was happy with my stay.

I thought it was a little pricey for what it offers. But I visited from a country where everything is cheaper, so I understand that Boston and Brookline are expensive.

Unusual architectural design - comfortable rooms stacked in a ‘warehouse’ structure accessed by gangways - like a 5-star luxury prison! Thought it odd on day 1, genius by day 3. Breakfast was decent quality but basic (cereals, bread, bagels, muffins, cheese, boiled eggs, Philadelphia and Nutella spreads on paper plates), fairly DIY and involved a fair bit of waiting for toasters. Oh, and there’s table football! Decent Indian restaurant opposite (it also does carry outs).

I’d say get faster toasters but then I wouldn’t have got to chat with my fellow waiting guests... Looks like there used to be a bar, but now more of a common room feel with lots of seating, a small snack shop and table football. Other than the Indian restaurant across the street, not much in the way of bars or food in the immediate area - but a fair few if you walk 10-15 mins.

- Everything!! - Exceptionally modern, trendy and spacious inside. Huge reading, relaxing, eating area. Has architect, design and European feeling all over it. - Very happy, helpful staff. Made calls for us and delivered things to room. - unbelievably good breakfast. Triple that of a Continental!! Almost everything available - with no extra cost. Juices, coffees, yoghurt, fruits, breads, bagels, cheeses, eggs, jams, muffins, pastries etc etc. All kept well stocked - hard boiled eggs already shelled for you. - Great location with Trolley Train just out front door for $2:40 into city. - Fantastic value - especially if have 4 in the one room. - Felt a little like an exceptional place with a slight European hostelly vibe about it.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Boston. The T stop is right outside so getting around the city is really easy. We were lucky enough to be able to check in as soon as we arrived, which was 3 hours early due to flight times etc. The hotel was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for us as a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable. The sofa bed was ok for a couple of nights but anything longer may have been an issue. Breakfast was included which was helpful in the mornings. The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. We had a fridge in the room which was handy, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The air con unit is very noisy so had to turn it off at night. Lighting in the rooms isn’t very bright. Seating for breakfast is limited so when it is busy there is nowhere to sit and eat. Breakfast choices were ok….. pastries and bagels/bread mostly. Need more fruit I think. On our final morning there was no yoghurt, no oats, no juice and no fruit!!! Sofa bed was very lumpy. On arrival we had no bedding for the sofa bed for our daughters and each day we had to go to reception to ask for more toilet paper, where we were only given 1 roll at a time. Kettle in the room but not sure what for…. No cups provided nor any tea/coffee.

Great value for money and great location close to longwood and T-station. Helpful and kind staff and very high EQ. Breakfast was very good but healthy choices slightly limited. There was yogurt and milk with cereal, also fruit which is healthy and encouraged. Abundant coffee including decaffeinated and tea were available which is salutary. Choice of fruit was inconsistent in that banana was not available every day and usually it's hard to munch apples or eat oranges on the go in Uber or taxis or T-station. Still, it's good. The bathroom and shower were great, but the soap was not replaced frequently, and the bar at the end was very small after consumption. Its satisfactory and environmentally friendly but I suggest two small bars of soap when new dweller arrives if reservation exceeds 3 days. The coffee taste and choice were amazing, but the temperature was not consistently hot possibly due to safety concerns for burn.

Quantity of soap near end of stay needed refill. Lack of closet space. It was satisfactory to hang on the wall though. The shower leaked some water though there were double doors so a review of the rubber or mechanisms to avoid any water leak outside shower.

Staff was polite. there were a couple of issues at check in but they solved them right away. We got one of the rooms in the corner. the view was nice. bed was comfortable. the neighborhood is very quiet and nice, it is far from the T but we were looking for a hotel near BU so it was ok for us.

The plug was not working in the bathroom so I used plug in the room for the hairdryer , not a big deal. For some reason I could not reach the front desk nor the lounge via the room's phone (the message said the code did not correspond, eventhough I used the button indicating FRONT DESK or LOUNGE. So I needed to go downstairs to talk to the staff at the front desk . My daughter used the sofa bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable with the bed springs sticking out. Breakfast has a good selection of pastries but not so good selection of healthy or non processed options (just apple/orange and hard boil eggs.

The Arcadian Hotel has truly been a wonderful home away from home for the past two weeks. I've appreciated the calm and peaceful atmosphere, which has made it a very comfortable place to unwind. The breakfast selection has been a highlight, with a great variety that always keeps things interesting. I’ve also enjoyed the 24/7 beverage station offering water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee, and the addition of fruits (and sometimes eggs) really adds to the experience. Regarding the room, I stayed in a standard room, and I’ve been quite satisfied. While everything has been comfortable, one small suggestion would be to increase the lighting in the room. Since the windows only open to the hallway, it can get a bit dark, especially when getting ready in the morning. That said, the room has been perfect for my needs overall. The Wi-Fi worked consistently throughout the hotel, which was great, and I appreciated the option to visit the 3rd or 5th floor to grab extra toiletries when needed – a nice touch for guests

One suggestion I have would be to include a working station where guests can print, as I’ve noticed many people (myself included) working on laptops during their stay. A small business corner or printing station would be a helpful addition. Lastly, I understand the need to request cleaning at a specific time, but I did feel a little bit of anxiety about needing to plan it exactly the day and time, especially since it's something that has to be arranged through the front desk. If it could perhaps be added to the app for more flexibility, it might make the process a bit more seamless.

The front desk staff were helpful. The soundproofing is excellent! The lobby eating area is very large so you could hang out there. Very convenient to restaurants in Coolidge Corner and a Trader Joe's.

The breakfast was only carbohydrates - pasties etc. There should be some protein offered - hard boiled eggs, some kind of microwaveable eggs, yogurt etc. Also please start breakfast at 6:30 during the week for those of us going to early meetings.

the staff were wonderful, we were expecting to check our luggage since we'd be arriving before check in time, and we were fine with that, but our room was available early. The hotel is quiet, but has a nice lounge area for people to gather, play some games, or eat as a group at a table. it is also the area used for breakfast. and we got to see the wild turkeys while walking around the neighborhood!

our room could have used more lighting, all it had was a lamp on each bedside, the desk, and bathroom light, there was nothing in or near the closet, I couldn't really see what was in my suitcase. Also, the continental breakfast was fine, as someone that is gf, not many options for me, my boyfriend is pre-diabetic, so nothing besides fruit for him.

We stayed here for the Marathon and were so glad we did. The location was great, easy tram into the city, but quieter and safe in the evening, and close to Fenway area. Staff were all so friendly, sorted us out with an early check-in and helpful storing luggage for a late flight. We didn’t book it, but breakfast was free and included, and had a great spread which was available early on the marathon day. Gym and lobby area where both clean and well equipped, the latter a nice space to relax instead of relaxing in your room. Rooms were great and all as expected.

Bathrooms a bit outdated, but for the price not an issue at all.
