I accidentally booked the wrong date. Booking.com was a nightmare to deal with and absolutely useless. However, I reached out to the hotel direct and spoke with Daxandra. Daxandra was brilliant and helped me sort this out, an absolute star. Once I arrived at the hotel the staff were really helpful and assisted me with directions and places to visit etc.

The experience with Booking.com, very poor and no way of actually getting to speak to a human being so any explanation of my predicament was difficult. To be clear I booked the wrong date, within 30 mins noticed and tried to correct, there in I got talking to chat bots etc and became very frustrated until I reached out to Daxandra.

As Bonvoy member, I was automatically upgraded to a room with 2 Double Beds instead of 1 King Bed. Very soft sheets and comfortable beds & pillows. Everything was very clean. Very nice spaces inside and outside to hang out & do some work. Ask check-in reps about free street parking on weekends (which was easy to find on a July weekend) , otherwise it's $55/night for in & our privilege at the garage next door. Additional $25/night service fee which includes a $12 credit to use at the hotel bar/restaurant. Everyone at the desk were very friendly. Great location & walking distance to MIT.

The room was very clean and the bathroom roomy with a nice big tub/shower. Bathroom also had inlaid led lighting in the large mirror that was not overpowering, which was nice. The closet was nice and big as well with a new iron and ironing board (if needed). The room had its own thermostat and ventilated air/heat, which helped with temperature regulation without a noisy unit under the window. It also had a small push out window (which would be handy if it were summer for a nice breeze). There were stylish, comfortable chairs as well so plenty of seating without having to sit on the bed. There was a good Keurig coffee station included with all the supplies and paper cups, and a glass carafe for water, which could be filled where the ice machine was down the hall-which is better than single use plastics. The room was also quiet, and we did not hear anyone through the walls and only in the hall if they were right outside our door. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing glaring, but the bathroom did not have a fan so it got very steamy with the shower, and the bathroom faucet seemed too small for the sink basin, which was shaped like a shallow bowl. It was a nice looking design but lacked logical functionality as water easily splashed out onto the counter. The pillows were very soft so had to use two (but that was more a personal preference).

It’s location, very close to where our son lives:) The hotel is located one street back from Central Square so the busy street noise is not an issue. It has a lovely ambience , nice bar area, Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. The staff were all very helpful, but honestly we didn’t have any issues that required assistance. We particularly liked the attention to environmental concerns and the water dispenser next to the ice machines was a first for us.

Overall nice ambience with nicely decorated / stylish rooms. Like the commitment to sustainability in having to get water from down the corridor to cut down on single-use plastic.

We were allocated a twin room despite asking for double bed. Then had to go back to reception to ask to swap, and they were available to straight away. However, we don't know why we could not have been allocated the double room in the first place. Breakfast wasn't included but we had the option to pay for it. We checked it out anyway but was a bit meh so we went down the road to have acai bowls instead, which were lovely!

Beautiful stylish accom, restaurant was fab, bes5 cheesecake weve ever had, so good, fab art eork throughout hotel, lovely foyer area, staff very good and friendly, room was roomy n quality stylish, safe to walk around area which we did daily to visit my son along main rd in cambridge, Thers a block along Massachusetts ave it's slightly rough where the bus stops are, we had no hassles, just keep ya wits about you

Nothing was fabulous

booking.com is awful, is a leach on the industry and I will tell everyone who travels this. I tried to adjust my reservation only to be forwarded to the Marriott and told there was nothing that could be done. The cancellation policy was a lie.

All very comfortable and clean—we were given a 5th-floor room with a nice view. Cambridge location was perfect for our needs. Staff was terrific: warm and welcoming. The feel is slightly chic.

We were traveling by car: the hotel offers parking at a pretty exorbitant extra fee (so we didn't use it). Breakfast too is pricey (so we didn't partake). But altogether not a bad price for the hotel itself considering the Cambridge options.

The property was pretty inside and out. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is outstanding and very helpful, giving directions and suggestions. Can’t say enough good things about them. We had a great stay.

Location was good? Air conditioner sucked

I didn’t like the fact that I had a $50 charge on my card for parking that I was unaware of!!!! When I checked in they agent exchanged the card k was given and handed me another card and said this is your pass for the garage it’s gets you in and out unlimited times, handed me the card showed us the elevator and that was it!!! I would have like to know of a charge!!!!
