Super convenient location with a short subway journey downtown, station 5 min walk away. Not too far from Harvard campus either. Concierge were very helpful with checking in and helping me with my luggage. Beds are comfortable and rooms are plenty big enough. Breakfast buffet is very good and accommodates to dietary restrictions

Subway tracks go right past the hotel and can be seen from the window of north facing rooms, it can be quite loud but become less frequent overnight. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me. The hotel also provides white noise machines but I can imagine this may still be problematic for light sleepers

The room was a very nice size, the bed was fairly comfortable. We had 2 tvs in the king suite, which we didn't need but was nice if we'd spent more time in the hotel. The room was very clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom. The firdge also included a freezer, which was an added bonus

The breakfast had pretty good options, but the area was very crowded and hard to get what you needed. Oatmeal was overcooked. The room looked out on the subway tracks and you could hear the trains all night. It wasn't too loud, but if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up

I liked that there was a different selection of breakfast each day. The room was excellent and clean, with an air conditioner. There are many places around, like shops and restaurants, that you can choose from. For example, I was in the star market next to the hotel and the Chinese restaurant.

I couldn't open the window to let fresh air in, and sometimes, the air was poor in the room. I didn't sleep well in bed. Maybe there were exhaustion days, or the bed was too soft. Sometimes, there was an empty jar of juice, so I reported it to the personnel, who filled it in.

I liked the room. Especially bathroom - was very beautiful and modern. Liked the interior design. Bed was comfy and internet was fast. They also have a small gym (I did not check it out but was planning to when booked) Location is okay, 5 min walk to the subway station. In total 35-40 min to the airport by public transport.

The staff was not very nice. Could not understand my question. almost no information provided - I had to ask everything myself (how to get to the room, where is wifi password, where is breakfast etc). They said something but I was very tired after 12h flight to comprehend and they could not explain nicely. Breakfast was okayish but there were no fresh vegetables. (and no other source of fibers) It was also on a plastic plates and with plastic cutlery - this felt weird.

The location was very convenient, with good access to downtown Boston due to its very close proximity to a train station. One could even walk to downtown Boston. The room was comfortable and clean, but was a little noisy throughout the day and night due to the trains that run very close to the hotel.

The breakfast was OK, but when crowded, many things, such as coffee, milk, or juices, would quickly run out and not fastly replaced.

Facility is very good. Breakfast was good. Room was excellent.

We requested early check-in at noon but the hotel refused to accomodate any arrival before 3:00 p.m. When we tried to check in at 3:40 p.m., the room was not ready, occassioning a further delay. We had to pay a $40 per night parking fee, imposed by the City of Cambridge, that had not been prominently advertised on Booking.com. The hotel is fronted by an busy street and in the back, where our room was, a noisiy, elevated commuter train passes in both directions every 5-10 minutes. With the Sumner Tunnel from East Boston closed for repairs, this hotel is difficult to access from Logan Airport. It took us one hour by road to cover just a few miles. I would not stay there again.

Complimentary breakfast of a substantially higher standard than found in other hotels. Location near Cambridge Crossing, close to the Green Line. Rooms decently sized and very comfortable.

Bathroom tap in room 512 was not in optimal condition (wiggly, makes noise when tap is running), however still operational.

The room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well lit. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods offered.

the room was very small, and there didnt appear to be any soundproofing in the walls or ceiling. We could hear and feel the heavy footsteps of the people walking in the room above us

We were greeted with friendly faces. I had sent a message asking if we could have a double bed instead of a king room, and they could accommodate us. We also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast in the morning. It was within walking distance to the nearby mall and train station. We would stay here again in the future.

Our room had a construction view, so we kept our window curtains closed for most of the stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our room and our stay.

Great location, close to Lechmere station and the tourist spots at the beginning of the Freedom Trail. The hotel seems to be quite new, with comfortable rooms and spacious, clean bathrooms.

Even though breakfast was included, there weren't many options to choose from, but besides that, everything was wonderful.
